You can't beat Braum's in Oklahoma, the only negative thing is that they are not on every corner yet.

I stop at this braums almost every morning on my way to work but after 2 days in a role of getting piss poor service from the white lady and both times she was wearing a mask she sux, both days she took my order she brought order to counter sits it on counter and walks away and both times I wanted grape Jelly and Ketchup and had to stand and wait for another employee to get the condiments and than this morning I ordered 2 sausage Biscuits and Hashbrowns and only got one sausage biscuit and she is so stingy with the the hashbrowns thinking from now on if I go there and she's taking orders or has anything to do with it I'll turn around and leave and go to taco truck to get breakfast.

Okay. 3//5/22 update: A little bit better. The burgers weren't burnt this time. But, the fries were burnt and hard as a rock. Frozen yogurt twist still good.

Pleasantness of customer service is hit or miss the last few years. I guess that's pretty common these days, all the happy people work at Dutch

It's insane how many different flavors of amazing ice cream they have. The 3 quart is really a very cool little deal and when you get 2 3 quarts for seven bucks that's pretty good

Cashier didn’t know what she was doing (despite being patient as she may have been new)

We didn’t get all of the items in our meals, and when we went back to ask for the butter and bbq that we asked for at the beginning it was tossed at us with attitude not to mention our shake that was forgotten after 4 reminders

When waiting to get helped for said items, we weren’t even acknowledged despite walking right past me multiple times and our food was cold when we got it.

Worst Braums I have been too despite it being a larger and nicer store. Go somewhere else if you want fresh, warm food and everything you paid for.

Side note: double check the menu prices on your receipt, because the food was cheaper on the menu.
