Again following instructions makes a world of difference. When you asked for no condiments there should be no reason why they put ketchup all over the burgers. That is nasty! I know I don't have a pressing schedule but I really don't have the time to go back inside and reorder my food again only to have them look at me like I did something wrong. Let's tighten it up.

I usually don't complain about food but this is the 3rd time i have came to this location and the chicken pattie doesn't seem cooked all the way, got a spicy large meal also wanted just a regular crispy chicken salad and ended up getting one with fruit in it. For one i cant eat it. The blueberries had some mold on them and what if i was allergic to the fruit? Tried calling to complain to the manager but no one picked up the phone
