Y'all have to do better with service on the grocery side. What's with seeing 3 people in the lobby chillin' and have to wait to get checked out? 😂 😂 Drive thru is great but man, it sucks going inside. Y'all aren't made for inside service and I guess we'll just have to deal with it. 😂 Love y'all though!

I’m a 3 day a week customer. My regular order is small chocolate shake and large fries no salt xtra crispy. 2/3 times my order has been delivered to me wrong.

The drive thru line was a little slow that evening. The food was very fresh and tasty. The limeade came with light ice and I appreciated that.

Worst customer service I came through the drive-through twice and first time the guy who was taking my order, decided to yell at me because he was taking forever, and I just say excuse me and he decide to yell at me this second time I came the lady gave me the wrong order and I told her I’m sorry this is not what I order and she just took the receipt out of my hand all aggressive and making faces at me I will never come here. I have my own business and I always drive through this street looking for something to cool me off but I know other Braum’s ice in Oklahoma that they have better service this one on this area really really needs some help new management new customer service training definitely

Went to get breakfast here this morning, while usually the workers are super nice and kind, nerdy dude with the glasses in the drive thru today was rude as hell, told me my total and didn’t say anything else to me, but gave me dirty looks the entire time. I ordered only for me also, not a party of 30 the way this dude was looking at me.

I'll say it once I'll say it again, VERY terrible manger. My girlfriend let her know that she had a reading disability and she said it was okay and still hired her. The manager barely tried to teach my girl anything and embarrassed her infront of customers, then without any warning complety took her off the schedule for two week then leads her on for two weeks just to tell schedule her for one day to say she's fired ? Something ain't right here and if the manger is reading this I shall be contacting corporate and human resources ?
