I am Horribly disappointed in this location now !!!!! I had my meal on the table not finished , got up to order a ice cream and by the time I get back to my table, maybe 3 min max the table was cleared and my food had been thrown in the TRASH !!!!! OMG that makes me furious !!!!! I don't think I will Ever come back !!!!!!!!!

We went to get a quick bite by using the drive through, but waited for 11 minutes after we ordered to get our order. My husband had ordered a small yogurt twist cone. The employee started to hand him the cone first, and right away we saw that it had melted and was dripping down the cone on all sides. My husband asked if they would please make another cone and the employee definitely had a bad attitude about it. Obviously they need to get their timing better on ice cream orders.

Seems like over the last 2 to 3 months, everything my Husband gets a vanilla bean milk shake and he is always getting this nasty mushy pieces of something,. NOT SURE WHAT!! This is what I pulled out of the shake.. Is this normal and if it is I recommend you think twice before you get Vanilla Bean Shake!!

Went today. Only person in line..me. Ordered. Waited 12 minutes..bought ice cream. Order was ready. Ordered 4 burgers, 3 fries, 2 ,orders of 6 chicken tenders. Drove directly 1.5 miles to my house. We ate right away. Fries and burgers were cold. Tenders were warm. Very disappointed. I thought I was getting fresh hot meals.
I literally had barely ordered and i had my food fresh hot and delicious. And the service is something you won't get in the big fast food chains beautiful genuine smiles and friendly. 4 giant chicken nuggets, fries and a drink for $9.00 i was pleasantly surprised.
