Disappointed. Drive thru traffic was slow but I can be patient for something good in store. Unfortunately my shake was only partially mixed, leaving large thick clumps of ice cream that wouldn't go through straw.
The most perfectly bagged meal! When I order from the Drive Thru at other places to bring it home to binge watch my favorite shows, I tend to eat more bag fries than the fries that are left in the container. Really made my day on how perfectly this meal was bagged up, enjoying my meal 10x more! 10/10 on the employees who were super sweet! Around 2:30PM is most definitely my go-to Braum’s time for now on!
I enjoy going here for the breakfast burritos. The service is always excellent and friendly. Today I received a breakfast burrito that instead of being normally stuffed with sausage and egg pad large mouthfulls of tortilla shell instead. Probably half the normal amount of filling was inside. It was disappointing. We got two breakfast burritos and both of them were under-filled significantly. I hope they improve going forward
