Had an amazing worker take my order today! Her name was Avery and she was so kind so patient with me and she did an amazing job making my ice cream sundae. She was very fast and made it exactly how I wanted it!! She asked questions to make sure she was making it right and she was so nice about everything. Obviously these workers are always nice and always do an amazing job, she just stood out to me.
Love Braum's products but don't love being checked out by someone who literally didn't open up there mouth and say one word to me as they rung me up. Didn't count my change back, didn't say thank you, and didn't say have a good night. This happened on 7/24/2025 at 9:30 pm on the produce side.
Disappointed. Drive thru traffic was slow but I can be patient for something good in store. Unfortunately my shake was only partially mixed, leaving large thick clumps of ice cream that wouldn't go through straw.
