Bought a muffin, it had mild by the next day. My spouse noticed many molded tomatoes. I tried to call twice so I wouldn't have to resort to leaving a review but no one answered the call x2Y'all are officially in the DO NOT GO BACK TO LIST for me. It's not a drive thru if you tell your customers to park and wait til someone brings you your order! It's a drive thru, plus park and wait. Probably need to get your advertisements updated.

This Braum's location met my customer service expectations for this chain, which are higher than most fast food restaurants available in Oklahoma. The food more than met my expectations. The burgers one gets at Braum's are way better than what is available from other fast food restaurants and even some box restaurants with wait staff. The atmosphere at this location is standard for the Braum's chain. Like all Braum's locations there is a small grocery store.

Ordered a grilled chicken salad, paid for the salad. Then was told they didn’t have grilled chicken and that they could do crispy chicken. I simply asked if they could cut the breading off because my girlfriend has a gluten allergy. Was told by the cashier that they would ask the cook. All I could hear was the cook whine and getting mad at my request. Manager came out visibly frustrated and took it out on me. Just because of my request. I’ve had serval bad experiences at this Braums but nothing like this. Worst braums you can go to the people In there hate their job. Go somewhere else.

do you specifically only hire mentally challenged people that hate their lives? Literally the worst place I’ve ever been i had my food delivered to my car and they forgot my drink and sauce and I tried getting their attention and even got out of my car but he locked the door behind him 20 mins before collapse. You could hire literal apes to do a better job than the people working here.

Worst food and service EVER!!!! Ask the cashier if I could have my food made fresh told her I was willing to wait the extra time. She said she would ask the manager and the cook. I physically watched her ask the manager, and they told me they would make my food fresh Then watched the manager turn around my food, and try to hand it to me. When I told her I asked for it fresh she gave me a huge attitude and told me I could wait 20 minutes hence I am the only person in the lobby. I asked for my money back and they refused. Do not come here!!!
