Best Banana Splits of all time

First time in this brand of restaurant. I had a frozen yogurt cone and I was surprised by the affordable prices and the great taste. I will definitely come back soon

Had a disappointing experience at Market Side, Edmond, OK, yesterday. The burger I ordered had veggies spilling out of the bun, the fries were soggy—some were salted, and others weren’t. To top it off, I ordered a Caramel Vanilla shake, but was handed a Banana shake at the takeout window. When I brought it up, the staff asked me to park and wait, promising to bring the correct shake. After waiting 10 minutes, I was handed a Chocolate shake instead. Frustrated, I had to drive back and walk inside; spoke with someone at the counter, who finally made the correct shake. The drive-thru staff (lady) yesterday around 5PM definitely needs more attention to detail and better customer service skills. Very disappointing.

We used the restrooms at this location and we felt they were the most nasty restrooms we had ever been in. Poop smears on the stall walls!!!🤮

I frequent this store often. Most of the morning crew, minus Peggy and a new young girl are pleasant.

Today, my son ordered food and had to go back because he was missing part of his order. So, he headed back to get his food. Peggy charged him AGAIN even though he did NOT receive one whole order. I even called and asked about it and spoke to Peggy. She’s very abrasive and not at all customer service centric. I will add that we spend a ton of money here too. Very disappointing. Someone needs to address her attitude.

love my local Braums

Good casual dining and a reasonably priced menu. I had the sirloin steak, and it was perfect. The service was !attentive, earning a 20% tip

I recently treated myself to a banana split at Braum’s, and while my dessert was delicious, I did notice that the store cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The tables and floors could use more attention, which detracted from the overall experience. ​However, I must say that the quality of their ice cream and butter is truly unmatched.​ The banana split was generously sized and featured an incredible blend of flavors that made it clear why Braum's is a local favorite.

Each scoop of ice cream was rich and creamy, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. The real star, of course, was the butter, which added a delightful touch to my treat. I’ve always been a fan of their products, and this visit reaffirmed my belief that their ice cream is among the best in town.

While the store’s upkeep could use improvement, the quality of food served at Braum’s keeps me coming back. If you're in the mood for a sweet indulgence, I definitely recommend trying their banana split. Just be prepared for the environment to be a bit less than pristine. Despite this, I look forward to my next visit for another scoop of their fantastic ice cream!

This Braums used to be good but now everytime I order here something is missing or wrong and I end up having to go back to restaurant to get it fixed. Like bruh if yall would just read the tickets it’s not that hard lol
