Had a disappointing experience at Market Side, Edmond, OK, yesterday. The burger I ordered had veggies spilling out of the bun, the fries were soggy—some were salted, and others weren’t. To top it off, I ordered a Caramel Vanilla shake, but was handed a Banana shake at the takeout window. When I brought it up, the staff asked me to park and wait, promising to bring the correct shake. I recently treated myself to a banana split at Braum’s, and while my dessert was delicious, I did notice that the store cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The tables and floors could use more attention, which detracted from the overall experience. However, I must say that the quality of their ice cream and butter is truly unmatched. The banana split was generously sized and featured an incredible blend of flavors that made it clear why Braum's is a local favorite.

Friendliest fast food people out there. Orders are always right and the food quality is good. They have a store inside for basic things and of course a great selection of ice cream. Everything is clean and there are plenty of people to help you.
Parking: Double drive thru lines and plenty of parking. Spaces are wide enough for pickups and SUVs.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps and no tight turns.
