Went there this morning to get some breakfast. I sat at the drive thru for a WHILE. No one responded. No one said anything. I thought maybe the intercom was broken. No one was in line in front of me or behind me. I waited and waited. I finally pulled forward to the first window to see if I could order. No one was there. I waited for a moment. I then pulled forward to the last window. There was an older lady there with a green apron. She looked at me like I was crazy for pulling forward without ordering. I said “I waited at the intercom for a while and no one said anything, so I pulled around”. Instead of just owning it, she said “Yeah, I was kinda busy”. At that point I just drive away. You’re not going to make me feel bad for wanting to buy your food. You are not going to make me wait unnecessarily for food when I can literally go anywhere else that has just as good, if not better food. All you had to do, older lady, was say “I will be right with you” when someone is the only person in the drive thru and waiting at the intercom. Management, be aware of this. Train your people. You lost business, and now you’re loosing a good review status.

If you want to make this right, then I’ll consider reflecting that in this review. If you don’t care about your customers, say nothing and show everyone reading this that you don’t care about them. Trust me, people read these. I read these when considering where to go and spend my hard earned money.

Food at Braums is always great!

Braums is the best. I love the old fashioned chocolate malt.

I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger with no bacon, lettuce or mayo. I got a burger with 2 patties, Swiss cheese onion and tomato. I didn't ask for no mushrooms. There's a reason i ordered the mushroom and Swiss. I just don't understand why it's so difficult to put together a mushroom Swiss sandwich.

I went to two of your stores today, one week before Christmas to get my annual egg nog milkshake. The first one said they were out of egg nog. So I drove out of my way only to be told you’re done serving the seasonal items. One week before Christmas, really?!

Second time in the morning my breakfast is in correct and if you’re a single mom trying to get kids to schools so I can be at work. Its in convince they mess up our meals and the lady taking my order never gets it right. The lady distributing in the drive thru today she was awfully rude she stated had a long line and needed me to get back in line to order my order they missed. Had to run too the other Braum’s on 119th and Western.

Showed up at 10:48 on a Sunday and the guy working drive in window said they’re only serving lunch. Blatant lie I’ve been coming to braums for 20 years and know for a fact breakfast is served until 11 on sundays.

good food, good environment, employees always working hard. Service marked low because even though the crew workers are amazing, theyre always severely understaffed and overworked which can cause long evening waits

Fresh and delicious .. but the line was horrible one line was moving faster than the other waited for 10 minutes before I got to order..

If you’re getting a salad, be aware that the first ingredient in the poppyseed dressing is HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP.
