The service is great. Inside is clean and so is the outside. Well maintained and easy to get in and out. Enough parking space to go anytime.

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru, once I finally made it to the first window to pay, the kid was definitely in a bad mood and was not friendly at ALL! Got to the second window and of course, food cold and shake melted. This has been the norm for this location for a while now. Headquarters definitely needs to get better management at this location.

One of the worst chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders Ive had. It was over cooked and ended up like leather. Also the order wasnt what I wanted. I will take part of the blame here because I didn't check the bag closely or check my receipt before I left. Very unusual for Braums.

I can’t even give you a one star for the food because you wouldn’t even take my order. I stood in the Lobby for 10 minutes being patient didn’t say a thing and NOTHING was said to me. I simply ask “excuse me is the only way to get my order taken is in the drive thru?” And an employee said “clearly” so I clearly will never go to this Braums again. Went down the street and got exactly what I wanted. If only all Braums treated their customers the same way. Truly a shame

They did not seem to have enough workers. They ignored the ice cream line until they served the whole long line of food orders. They did not say anything the whole time to explain the wait for the ice cream line. The worker was trying but she was very slow. We got one single dip on a cake cone, one double dip on a cake cone, and a double cup of ice cream. Both cake cones were stale. The single dip was the smallest dip of ice cream i have ever had. The double dip looked like a single. Only the cup looked right in size. Not excited about this location.

The many times, coming here, workers seem overworked and exhausted. My family members also thought the same thing. Good food and ice cream though.
I sat in their drive through and no one ever answered me after saying hello several times over 4-5 minutes while several people passed me on the outside lane, so I drove up to the window and asked the lady working the first window if anyone had a headset working the first window. Her reply was yes it didn’t go off so I told her I wanted to order something and got told that she can’t place a order at the first window with their new system and I would have to drive back around and wait behind people a second time to get food which is terrible service and a terrible system after already waiting and not getting a response I’m expected to wait a 2nd time for food that is stupid. So if you don’t get a reply through the intercom at the menu you will have to drive all the way back around and wait again to order. Thanks for nothing!
