When I can spend my money anywhere else in Oklahoma City for something similar to what they have to offer I’m sure not going spend anymore money after I was treated so rudley by the girl handing me my food in the to go window on September 23, 2023 around 1:30pm in the afternoon for no reason. I had no confrontation with that girl she was just super hateful , was RUDE, looked at me like she wanted to murder me for no reason. The level of disrespect is astonishing. Goodbye Braums

Been through the drive thru twice over the last few weeks. The service has been top notch. The staff is incredible. The food is perfect. They actually offered me ketchup and enclosed napkins. I very much appreciate the little things. I highly recommend this location.

The staff is great and they are always helpful and smiling. The food comes out right and hot. The lady in the grocery area is sweet and kind. She is helpful and she listens and is always smiling and greeting. I always look forward to my Braums shopping trip for the week.

The service was horrible and when I got my banana split the sides were covered in chocolate and after I paid and sat down they come up to me a few minutes later to ask if I had paid for my banana split. They even asked to see the receipt and the guy that took my money was the one that asked to see my receipt. How d*** can you be to not remember that he took my money.

No power for 4 days in my neck of the woods but Braum's is open. Thankfully I can get my ice cream fix here during this crazy hot weather.
Groceries are always well stocked and superior quality. My first store to buy grocery staples.
