I went here for lunch. The food was very fresh. The burger was extra delicious 😋

I’ve been going to this braums since I was little and tonight was my first bad experience. My brother and I went for a few desserts for our family ang right off the bat, the lady at the speaker was instantly rude with her greeting and barely gave us any time to start saying our order before she yelled “hello???”. Our entire process of ordering felt very rushed as she just kept asking “what else” after each item we ordered. We get to the window, we’re not greeted or anything before she just starts handing us things and sarcastically tells us to have a good night. My brother stopped her to tell her we were missing 2 out of our 5 things and a rude security lady behind her says “tell them to check” as if we didn’t know what we were missing and she just hands us our two things we were missing before again sarcastically telling us to have a good night. 0/10 customer service 👎

On 39th and Penn the manager Brian was an awful manager very rude the experience there was awful

My order was taken wrong at the speaker. I corrected it at the first window. My receipt showed my order wrong and different way and I corrected it at the second window. All was good until I opened my burger. It had 2 top buns and one was rock solid. No bottom bun. The burger also had a lettuce core in it. You can't do that accidentally. I wasn't rude and I didn't hold up the line at all. I didn't eat or drink any of it for fear of spit. Go somewhere else.

This location is the best!

Sit in drive-thru from 6am until 6:08 with no service, went inside only to be waiting on by the moat unpleasant person I have ever met, her tag said manager

Most servers are welcoming, tables mostly clean, food has been correct and tasty. Edit: Since my review, and many wrong orders later, I've found it's a waste to spend money here.
