Too slow
Braums lover here! I went to this location 9/5 after 7 pm for a hot fudge sundae and it was probably the prettiest one I’ve had yet! They even gave me two cherries! And the service was great. Thank you! 😊

Came about an hour and a half before closing and they couldn’t make a drink I requested and cut me off before I could finish my order at the intercom and told me to pull forward because they was “closing” she was playing and touching her hair and face while working without gloves so I decided to just come in hoping to get another employee but got the same one named keke, she was very rude just because I asked my CHILD what she would like!! She was nasty as well especially for a manager, do better braums because it’s kinda ridiculous that every time I come to this location I have an issue!!!

Great scoop of ice cream.
Employees will double charge you if you’re not careful, and the manager won’t care so probably in cahoots.
The biscuits and gravy are worth the trip.
They close at 10:45 but they are friendlier if you go before 10:30.
Love no sugar ice cream!
