Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Store was clean and staff was competent. Placed order after a small wait for staff to assist. Good was good, fresh, and made correctly. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger combo, 2 cherry limeade s and LG FF. Love the fact that they fresh squeeze the lines for limeades and hand mix reminiscent of an soda fountain. Burgers are decent sized and good value for price

Great food and deals. Most locations have employees that go above and beyond with customer service. Braun sauce is amazing and frozen yogurt for dessert is amazing.

I've eaten salads here a couple years ago w/o problem. A few days ago (Nov 2024) the lettuce was so gross & brown I fed it all to my chickens. I won't be back.

Asking a homeless man to move his belongings from outside while he was eating your food is appalling. Get a heart.

I usually don't eat in because they don't check the bathroom after it's been ruined by the less fortunate. I got my kids ice cream today and they LOVED it. The burger was fantastic as usual but yet again they hold on the fries for way to long, definitely not fresh at all I would rather have had refried French fries then the ones they gave today. We still appreciate the staff and there service.

I came here tonight after a 10 hour shift of working drive thru. My fries were cold, I told them ranch for my chicken strips but no ranch in the bag. I still ate the fries no big deal. I ordered a double dip of cookies and cream and butter pecan but the person rang in butter pecan with chocolate chip cookie dough. I get home change my work clothes and go to the bathroom and other stuff. Eventually most of my ice cream is melted by then I discover it's no butter pecan in there at all. As I get to the bottom of my double dip cup. I called manager and she said bring the product and receipt back or her manager says she can't replace it. I just needed and wanted my butter pecan ice cream even if it was only one scoop. They didn't fix the problem for me even since I had no product to return. The cookie dough ice cream was on the top. I really thought butter pecan was on the bottom. I will never be back to this location. This location messes up orders all the time.

It's good any other night but tonight I bought a triple dip and was given a double dip in a triple dip cup. The worst thing you can do is mess around with my icecream 😭😭

I ordered the Chicken Club sandwich like i usually do, and I know the portions have been shrinking but when the ketchup packet and chicken nuggets from McDonald's are bigger than my sandwich i cant bring myself to eat there anymore.
