This store was the best place in the area to get great ice cream, a bag of burgers and all with outstanding service.
4 mo later my how the service has changed! The product is still great. But the staff is terrible. At least 6 of the employees are just not able to scoop ice cream consistently. People don't mind paying for a product they want and like but they do expect their money's worth. This place needs help.
Tonight, Sunday night crew was AWESOME! 40min till close and my bacon burger was so good I had to write a review. I’m an avid Braum’s customer but tonight’s service was spectacular from atmosphere, customer service, food AMAZING! Good job guys!
My pimento/bacon spicy chicken sandwich was cold. The American cheese was not melted at all and the pimento cheese spread was cold. The breaded chicken was overcooked, but still barely warm. The resulting sandwich overall was cold and unappetizing. The vanilla shake was very thin and watery. I didn't order the vanilla shake, but I was charged and was sold this poor excuse for a vanilla shake. This is the worst Braun's experience I have ever had.
Best place for ice cream, quick dinner, and your groceries for the week! Amazing, 10/10, love it.

Brains on Shields is the best. They make a great 3 meat hmburger.
The manager (Sarahi) is amazing & definitely cares about the customers. Great customer service & very attentive. She makes you feel welcome & appreciated. I’ll definitely be back because of her.
Putting the gallon jugs in the ice after they've been on the floor really people come on. Health code violation I'm sure
