Their milk is the best in the industry. I love the rice cream. Others won’t find it creamy enough others will find it too creamy. The reason they don’t have Brahms located everywhere because they require a store to be less than a certain amount of miles away from the farm so their food is fresh.

Absolutely atrocious behavior in the drive thru, i came around 10pm tonight for just a burger and 2 drinks and was MOCKED over the intercom. A plane flew over head as i was ordering, so i asked if the young man heard me, he then said ‘DiD YOu HEaR whAT I SaID’ back to me in an insanely mocking tone. He tried to claim it was a joke when i wasn’t receptive. I am fuming, i come for food, not to be antagonistically mocked at the window. Frustrating because i just started going to this Brahms.

The manager at this Braums is extremely good at managing and mentoring and customer service. Braums is lucky to have her, I sure hope that they recognize her and compensate her well. If the upper management has foresight they should create a position where she could mentor other managers
