Parking: Northwest 39th and Tulsa very much open space parking lot drive-thru is always open never have to wait always friendly the atmosphere is great the food is top quality the price is mediocre
Kid-friendliness: For this braum's I give them a three-star review because they don't know how to take care of their children that act immature they need to put the smackdown on them
Wheelchair accessibility: I only saw two different wheelchair entrances but I did see two of them one on each side and they do have sliding doors where you can fit two wheelchairs through at the same time side by side for this braum's I give it a four-star review for handicapped people
The food is always amazing, but the customer service at this location is just disappointing.. I truely feel like every time I come in the employees are just beyond rude..
For Example, i went tonight a little after 9pm and the man taking the money was very short with me but he also just looked very exhausted so I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but the girl at the window was VERY rude and pretty much shoved everything in my hand without saying a word and walked away.. The only reason I would keep coming back is for the food but I never have a great experience when I am there so it makes it very hard.

Braun’s is overall just a great place to be. You can get shakes, mixes, malts, sundaes, and if you make it in time you might be able to get the Halloween mix. Just an overall great place. (Also good for playing a card or board game inside)
