This place has the worst service, hands down, of any establishment I've ever been to. I love Braums, and 9 times out of 10 they are great - but this location is horrific. Careless night manager, who routinely gets orders wrong, charges for things that supposed to be free, and show zero apology at any turn. It's embarrassing, and I will now gladly drive an extra 10 minutes to the next closest Braums to avoid going to this location again.

I really like Braun's in general, but I stopped into this one Monday evening, ordered my food which was fine, then realized the normal seating area was closed so I had to eat in my car as the only other place to sit was occupied. This store in general seems to be a bit run down and could use a refresh.

workers were completely rude from the beginning. we waited 5 minutes because they were too busy talking in the back. also the younger blonde girly had an attitude the whole time .. not very pleased.
