Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Stopped in to try an ice cream treat here. I'm currently training over the road truck driving with a mentor and we were hanging around OKC for the weekend until we got us a trailer to pick up and run to the next city or state. Saw this restaurant next to the Love's Truck Stop and was curious about trying out an ice cream after I had a quick meal from Subway earlier. Nice, clean environment and so much more inside than I would have expected coming from a chain restaurant. I ordered a chocolate ice cream with crushed up Reese's Cups. Wasn't too expensive and it was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend people to stop in for a frozen treat. Curious about the other menu items as well. Might find out next time I happen to come through OKC again.

Terrible, first the guy who charged me wanted to charge me 20 dollars for a chicken sandwich combo, I told him and he told me that was the price, then he said oooo sorry, it was a mistake. Then I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be delivered!

They have good food but still not enough.
They make a bunch of hamburgers. They don't use good cooking oil.
They have a fresh food market, which is nice, and now they just need lamb meat and stop employing border hoppers

Go easy on the new hires. Apparently, Braum's doesn't train or let new hires shadow other workers before they get the name badge and apron and have to start taking orders. I felt bad the associate that helped me didn't know what size cup to use nor where the ice cream scoops were kept...and certainly didn't know how much ice cream equates to a single dip.

Unfriendly. Standoffish about serving me because I brought my dog with me, claimed i need to bring proof with me that she is indeed a service dog, and claimed she has to be wearing a special service dog vest. Neither are required by law, im glad they gave my my burger, but please train your staff...

This place is an ice cream heaven. This giant beauty is only $2!!!!!!! It would cost $8 in NYC. It is also delicious!

Was excited to eat Braums again because I'm not from Oklahoma and haven't had it in a long time. This location is absolutely horrible serving horrible old food and even being Skimpy with portions. Absoulute waste of money I literally went to Mcdonalds and threw my meal away from braums. Didn't bother with refund money isn't a problem they will just never get my business again.

50/50 chance on your food good or bad here, they just don't care, service iffy at best, except the drive thru ordering, that's ok, inside, either noisy or totally scary quiet... store staff not to be found

This happens regularly. They drench the burger in sauce and it’s a mess when you get home. Was told I had to drive back to get refund.

I usually never have a problem with this Braum’s but today these employees decided they didn’t want to pay attention. I ordered a crispy chicken salad in the drive thru. Drove home to find out they gave me a fruit salad with chicken (also not what my receipt said) so I drove back. The women helped me get the correct salad and asked if they could transfer the chicken on the correct salad I said that’s fine. I drive back home and notice my lettuce looks to be old. Look on the bottom of the bowl to see I got a salad that should have been pulled yesterday. We need to do better at being more observant and quit wasting peoples time. This is just ridiculous!
