Normally, this place is great and consistent. But a handful of times, they’ve dropped the ball. Anywhere from not offering ice cream for the their last hour, to closing early. Idk who defrosts their freezers an hour before closing when one of your biggest money makers is ice cream. Normally this location is fine but tonight it was a disappointment.

I just love giving this review!We were traveling through the area and this was to be our one meal for the day.We ordered the special (I believe it was something like a jalapeño pepper jack double burger with fries and a milkshake).The manager was the one who served us and he was informative and helpful, fast and efficient. The food was oh so good! The price was less than McDonald’s too.We all were exclaiming about the delicious food. The burger was just out of this world!The milkshake still nice and chilled by the time I’d finished my meal! Keep up the great work! It’s obvious you all have it together!

Absolutely a positive place to enjoy a meal and do some shopping. My meal was under $10 with a drink and it was delicious. Im heading back there shortly.The staff is friendly with genuine smiles plenty of seating, clean just a great experience.

If I could give this restaurant a negative rating I would. This was by far the worst braum's I have ever been in. I waiting 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Drive through was clear but the lobby was backed up. One gentlemen in front of me waited just as long as I did and they messed his order up three times! Not to mention that the manager was very rude to me when I asked but my order but when a another gentlemen in front of me asked about his she was as sweet as pie. I love braum's and pass this location often when working. But I will never come back to this braum's.

Ok place super clean. People extremely friendly and service ..OMG !! Wish everyone was this fast. Geeeeeee they finished my order before I could even sit down and it was correct. I couldn't believe it was my order lol thought it was someone else's lol well we'll done people. This is what you call well organized and managed establishment. Thank you for my first time experience at this place. I never been to a Brains before. I'll defently be back !! This staff did an outstanding job !!

I went to the grocery store and did not get cooked food. Best milk prices at this store. When I have gotten hamburger s from them recently it has been reheated in microwave and dried out. They always freshly made their hamburger s when you ordered. Now most drive inns precooked their hamburger and warm them up in microwave to put food out fadter. Even when I told them I wasn't in a hurry please make it fresh for me. They said they would but they didn'tParking: I-40 And Morgan St.

My 1st time here and the service was great as was my butter pecan ice cream and french fries. The location was very convenient, in the parking lot of the loves truck stop.

Would give 0 stars for this place if it would let me. Went through drive-thru to get breakfast on way out of town. Usually havedecent food but this morning was awful. Breakfast burrito was very small and Tortilla hard. Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was inedible. Cheese was not melted, egg had a hard crust on it, bottom half of biscuit was hard as a hockey puck. If we were not already on interstate headed down the road, would have taken it back. Will not be stopping at this location again.

Professional drivers:There is better food across the street at the TA, called Huddle House. really good breakfast and burgers. I suggest going there for a hot fresh meal. You won't get that at this Braums location.Summary of 3 separate consecutive visits:Had to repeat a simple ice cream order 4 times, in detail. Once the drive thru attendant finally figured out what I was talking about, he said it was not possible... to mix chocolate ice cream with butterfinger? You have the ingredients?Ended up leaving and going to Sonic. I've never had a more complicated and confusing experience centered around ice cream, I am still baffled.Update 2: cold food and no ice in my drink, how do you forget that? That chicken was so chewy I honestly couldn't believe my eyes. I didn't know chicken could get that chewy, hooooooly. It had to be 8 hours old.Update 3: had a friend offer to buy Braums cause y'all know I ain't spending my money here. The reviews don't get read, so there's no point in elaborating.But for those reading, this would have been 1 star on three separate occasions. Wish I could leave multiple reviews. Instead I'll just keep adding to this one.Garbage.
