Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Just moved back to Oklahoma from Texas. When I realized there was a Braums near me, I was so excited at the thought of how awesome it would be. Considering Braums was born in Oklahoma, I guess I expected it to be clean at least. But this location is the WORST!!! If you want to order ice cream after 8 pm, be prepared for them to go as slow as possible and for it to look like a train came through their line.

The person making my order, was dipping ice cream and handling food with no gloves, never washed her hands, and was working the drive through lane during making my ice cream causing it to melt.

They don’t listen. When I ordered, I asked for 2 drinks with no ice. I repeated that I wanted no ice and 2 pepper jack crispy chicken clubs. When I got my order, both drinks were full of ice and I got cheddar cheese instead of pepper jack, even though I was very specific and made sure they heard me. It’s just disappointing and annoying.

I have visited this Braum’s numerous times and am always impressed. The staff are friendly and quick and my orders are always right. I’ve never had bad food or service from this location.

Actual stupidity and lazy workers. I asked for a well blended thin Vanilla milkshake and it's literally hard lumps big lumps of ice cream at the bottom of my cup not blended or mixed at ALL I had to throw it in my own blender at home just now got it at about 750pm or 755pm Sunday July 21st 2024 absolutely never going back I'm so sick of them not mixing malts or milkshakes

Worst Braum’s ever, 3rd time in a row they have messed up my order. I’ve found MILK CURDS in my shakes. This Braum’s sucks and should be shut down for its horrible service.
