Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Never can get an order correct; even when you wait forever. My husband got a medium shake, it was half full and I ordered a small butterfinger vanilla ice cream mix. They gave me chocolate soft serve. Really?!?

Really NOT sure why this place is rate so low?? I ve gone in a handful of time since my arrival to the area and great A2 milk, you gotta try the eggnog! Next on my list is the chocolate milk and ice cream. My first burger there was excellent!!

I’m really disappointed with this Braum’s location. The food is always cold, they constantly mess up orders, and this time my burger was wrong and the chicken dinner didn’t even come with the gravy. The milkshakes aren’t even mixed well, just chunks of ice cream. We come here all the time hoping it will get better, but it’s the same result every visit. Not sure if it’s a management problem, staffing issue, or just a lack of care, but something needs to change.

Sorry to say this location i will not come to again because service was 100% bad the works walk around like they hate there job very under staffed waited 5mins to take my order an 30 mins to get my order an didnt get all my order had to pull around an wait 5 more mins to get a side of gravy an then when they handed my stuff to me was very poor do better with your employees an the way they handle themselves

Good food and service.

Went inside to eat, placed order quickly. Waited 20 minutes and still hadn’t received order. Watched them take care of at least 10 cars in the drive thru during that time. I had to go ask if we were going to get our food. Finally got our food approximately 5 minutes later.
Years ago when I worked fast food we had to take care of the in store customers first. That appears to no longer be the case as it seems the drive thru is now the priority.

I stopped close to closing one night. I placed an order and was informed that I would have to go out a door that was far away from my car. I went to get my car and drove around to the drive-thru. At that time she did not put all my items in my bag. When I went back she said she had placed them in the freezer to keep them cold. For how long and for who? I needed them right then.

Every employee i encountered today was so rude and seems to hate their job

Decently priced food.

They are ALWAYS very welcoming. Great service. Yummy food/Icecream. The last time we came in for Icecream our little one drop her 🍦on the floor & the I believe Manager didn't hesitate and instantly gave her another one. Thank you braums you guys are the best!

Got a chocolate shake and the bottom half full of strawberry or other fruit chunks.

Best ice cream

Me and my wife went in yesterday evening and was greeted my a older gentleman was very nice. Store was clean no problems.
