I love the idea of an incubator for home brewers who can get the support and resources needed to get into the business of running a tap room and brewery at some point.It allows the brewers to make available their craft beer to people and analyze the popularity.Skydance and Crosstimbers are the two on tap, with a good selection of beer at 6 oz, 12 oz, and a pint. I tried the Mango-Jalapeno IPA and Full Blood from Skydance, and Greenedge and Drei Hexen from Crosstimbers.
Pretty cool place! Neat furniture, cool tap wall and blackboard art. Fun atmosphere for our kids to play while we tasted a beer. It's pretty small, not a whole bunch of beers to choose from, no beers in my taste palate. Still fun worth the stop.
