Bricktown Brewery - SW

I was very unsatisfied with the 2 Meatloaf Dinners I ordered carry out. My friend and I were unable to eat the processed meat bricks they are trying to pass off as meatloaf. Each container had two burnt around the edges grey squares accompanied by fried onion pieces and mashed potatoes. They looked horrible but that didn't stop us from trying to eat. We both ate about an 1/2 of one meat briquette. I chewed but didn't swallow my bites. My friend choked his down with some trouble. The taste was as bad as the presentation. Nasty looking and nasty tasting. The mashed potatoes were ok. The streamed green beans had no flavor and not steamed very well. They were like eating thick blades of grass from the front yard. To make matters worse, when I contacted the establishment to complain. I sent an email the next day. I explained the horrible experience, requested something be done to reconcile the experience and how I would not be returning to this or any other Bricktown Brewery properties if nothing is done. That was last week. No reply. Nothing. So if I will not be making this mistake again. I think you should consider the same!

Food is always great, and the service is even better. Chey has done a wonderful job every time we've had her. My go-to spot right after church.

Update (12/5/25): This place continues to grow on me. After my long weeks, working out of town AND keeping up with school, I'm always looking forward to getting back home and pulling up to Bricktown Brewery with my folks. It's practically a staple in my weekend these days.

I've always thought they had the best service. It just keeps getting better. And even when something is wrong, they go out of their way to make it right.

They also go out of their way to not let us forget our to-go boxes. We really appreciate Cassidy for that one. She RAN outside with it for good measure. We've had her as our waitress a couple times now, and I'm impressed. Even when it seems extra busy, she handles it well and stays on top of everything. She definitely doesn't neglect my drinks, no matter how easily they seem to go down sometimes. 😂

Needless to say, top-tier service. Every. Time.

I can't think of even one downside to this place. Always seems to be a great experience. Definitely helps me unwind. They've got our business for a long time.

Last night we ordered takeout dinner from the Bricktown Brewery on the south side. Was told that our food would be ready in approximately 20 minutes. Showed up and discovered that there hadn’t been an order placed in our name. Upon investigating, a new employee had taken our call, became overwhelmed by the busyness of the evening and forgot to enter the order! Before I could throw a tantrum, a lady who I assumed was the manager, stepped in, apologized and explained that the employee was new and had made a mistake. She put a rush on our order and had it in our hands in less than 15 minutes! She swiftly solved our problem and maintained the dignity of the new employee at the same time. The food was delicious and I left there with a greater appreciation for the stress of a busy restaurant and the leadership that allows them to effectively serve crowds of not necessarily kind and patient people. 😊

I usually skip going out to eat for veterans day because of how busy places get. My veteran buddy and I went yesterday and it was not packed which was a relief. I had my first veterans day meal at your restaurant and I got out 19 years ago. My burger was good. The problem was with our server. He mostly ignored us. Maybe he felt like he wasn't going to get a good tip because we only had a tea to pay for. My friend left him $5 and I left a $20. I hope that if he serves veterans next year, he treats them better. I won't be back because of the poor treatment. That we weren't worth his time and effort because we were getting a free meal. No matter what people are paying they deserve proper service.

Service is abhorrent. Guess I looked too poor to tip so I got bad service. The server helped everyone around me and ignored my attempts to get her attention. I was sitting there with an empty glass for half my meal. Meals aren't very enjoyable when you don't have a drink! Guess refilling my drink was just too much, while the rich looking people who just sat down for their drink order taken immediately and got their drinks while I'm sitting there with an empty glass. The guy next to me also got his refill and tons of service. Hope my server enjoyed not getting a tip.

Tried the new Pork Belly BLT. NOT a fan at all. I did ask server prior to ordering if she could recommend. She actually had never tried it so couldn’t say one way or the other. She asked afterwards if it was good, even though 3/4 of it was still on my plate and I was honest and told her no.
It is very frustrating to pay the amount for a sandwich that is that bad.
On a good note, my sister and brother in law had the club sandwich and it was excellent.
The service was good, the atmosphere was nice. Just won’t make the wrong food choice again.

It was my first time. The waiter was preoccupied with something going on. Otherwise, the food was good.

We sat in a booth for 10 minutes before server, Uhrig, came to the table! When I asked if I could get a happy hour cocktail she said no because it was now two minutes after six. When I explained we had been waiting over 10-12 minutes for a wait person.. she said she would have to ask. Finally came back and said it would be ok. When she brought water and coffee she slammed it down and turned away. You could tell she was pissed! Didn’t improve much. Finally brought drink and took order. There were 3 dirty tables across from us while two young boys were at the reception desk doing nothing but talking and laughing with each other or wait people came up to chat. Just needed to wipe table and put silverware on them. Poorest customer service and attitudes I have witnessed. Used to be a favorite place to eat, not now.
