The wings and cake are really good. The portion size for the $7 slice of cake was small it was more like a $3 slice but it's good...

I have been visiting Buffalo wild wings more frequently since the two for $20 deal. On those Rush nights. It's really nice to grab quick dinner and head home. All the staff at the Northwest expressway location was super awesome.

The waiter and service all seemed pretty normal but They are stingy with their food… ordered a regular side of wedges and got a half ass order lol. Also ordered two CC boats and they brought us one, with 4 celery and 4 carrots and said we could share that.

Almost every single time I come here there’s NOBODY WORKING! Literally not a soul is on the floor?! I’ve never seen a business operate like this and have absolutely no regard to their customers… no host/hostess, no bartender, no servers, literally NOBODY. I’ve been here many times and this keeps happening… I want to be able to come here because it’s a great location since I travel across the city for work and it’s centralized but I can’t sit there and wait 20 minutes just to start with my beverage and another 40 to get my food… it’s ridiculous.

We’ve gone there multiple times and this time is topped all the rest. We walked in there, sat in there for about 2 to 5 minutes, not a single server on the floor no hostess, no bartender didn’t see anybody that works there not even a manager or a bus boy. This isn’t the first time this happened. They’ve done this when they’re slammed packed as well. Do not recommend this place at all!!!!! Y’all need to do better! Yukon or the one off Portland are 10 out of 10 recommend! :)

I walked into Buffalo wild wings to get an order of wings I was hungry. What I got was when I first walked through the doors the lady pulling into the side and tell me that to go orders were ordered placed a particular restaurant register. While staying there a couple of the servers had walked over to that general area and politely ignored me. The person that had suggested that I go over to that particular register, so I was still standing there and that three people were standing at the podium and not giving service if I'd been served yet and I said no. I have to be honest and tell you I did make the statement that apparently they didn't want my money and I know places that would be glad to serve me. It's been awhile since I've been there because of bad service before, and it'll probably be a while before I come back again. Buffalo wild wings used to be one of my favorite places to go, but it looks like Wingstop is going to be my next stop for a while.

They only had half my order ready at the time their site said to arrive. I asked about the rest, and they got it for me AFTER WAITING 45 MINUTES! A complete waste of time and money.

I had an issue with an online order but two managers (I didn't get the name of the first manager) and Dylan helped me get everything fixed. I am very pleased with the service at this location and the food is great!

This was next to the hotel I was staying at, they have different kinds of food and the drinks are pretty good!! I will definitely be eating here on the next trip to the area!!
