Came to watch basketball and have wings! Service was a little slow but there was a crowd so no biggie. Wings were good.

Honestly I’ve never felt so nauseous in my life like why send it like that? I spent 40$ and I’m so disappointed I will never eat here again just seems like they don’t care it was so chewy and I was starving just ruined my whole mood tbh .

Went here with a buddy of mine and it was one of the worst Bdubs experiences I've ever had. The atmosphere was not poppin and the service was not thought out at all. We spent 30min to just get our food and the servers were yelling at each other because patrons were leaving. When the food finally arrived, it wasn't all that and they didn't give us any extra fries because of the long wait. The only saving grace is the new server-in-training - her first day was today and I hope she can turn this boat around. Truly a ridiculous level of service from this Bdubs.

I hate giving a bad review but beware. My family Placed a To-Go order 3 hours in advanced, when we went to pick it up, we arrived at the exact time of promised ready time. We waited an additional HOUR, Watched many people come and go in the process of us waiting. Meanwhile staff was not helpful nor did they want to communicate how long or what even happened.. Personally I understand the busy days and mistakes happen, but I find not communicating to the guest/customer completely unacceptable, please do better.

2.5 hours for pickup. All Doordash, Uber Eats & Lyft getting orders before us. Telling us it's coming, then stating can't find my order, but it's coming. Super Bowl is the same every year and the horrible management, the chaos and lack of understanding why 44+people upset blows my mind.

2 hr+ wait for wings.. at a wing place. Terrible management!

Buffalo wild wings is a classic... You know what makes it better tho? Service... What makes a bartender a good bartender? Conversation, at least for a moment (the ability to properly pour a Guinness helps too tho) Theresa/Teresa is a rockstar.. She was very upbeat, social, excited about her job and made me enjoy my time fully.. I had a couple Guinness, she poured them with perfection of a seasoned pro... She was attentive at the right times, and made me want to come back again! Great staff makes for great experiences makes repeat customers... 5/5 cause of her!

The place smelled bad like homeless because of the carpet that needs to be replaced. Margarita machine doesn’t work and “manager” couldn’t figure out how to redeem points for money off.

Every time I come here after ordering online it’s an automatic 45 minute wait after arriving on the time they say it’s in the kitchen and will be ready.

I recommend finding another location because you’ll get your food quicker and not cold.
