The friendly and patient servers ensure a pleasant experience, with food arriving fresh and made to order. Many customers have noted that the food has always been very good, and the service has been phenomenal. One visitor, while watching the National Championship game, experienced great service despite their waitress being a little green. The Jerk chicken wings received high praise. However, there have been occasional issues, such as a small appetizer portion of cheese curds and soggy bread on a chicken parm melt. While the server was nice, some guests felt they had to flag her down for drink refills. Overall, despite some mixed experiences, many still enjoy the atmosphere and plan to return.
