I took my 5-year-old to your restaurant, and when we went into the bathroom stall, we opened the door and walked in on a female manager literally smoking crack. I cannot explain the feeling of having to pull my child back out of a stall because a grown woman someone who is supposed to be running the place is sitting there with a pipe getting high. My daughter looked right at her. She smelled the smoke. She got scared and asked me what was happening. Do you know how humiliating and heartbreaking that is?This is a family restaurant. I should be able to bring my kid in without worrying about her walking in on drug use. I’m angry, but I’m also just disappointed and honestly sickened that this happened. Managers name was Amy.

If you ever get this bald server, just know you are gonna be there for a while. I asked for my appetizer while I was getting the drinks and he just straight up told me no. And he never came to check on the table until we said something to another server.

Went inside with hardly any people in there, and they messed up my family’s order not 3 but 4 times.
Must I say me and a few of my friends went to this location and when I say the service was nasty I have never been treated so badly at a restaurant we ordered are food and we also ordered a drink we made friends with the people next to us which was a different race we ordered before them but everyone else was getting there food and drinks and here we are 45 minutes in still nothing when we asked about are stuff it was like they wanted to fight us or something worst experience ever well I will not go back to any buffalo wild wings
