Must I say me and a few of my friends went to this location and when I say the service was nasty I have never been treated so badly at a restaurant we ordered are food and we also ordered a drink we made friends with the people next to us which was a different race we ordered before them but everyone else was getting there food and drinks and here we are 45 minutes in still nothing when we asked about are stuff it was like they wanted to fight us or something worst experience ever well I will not go back to any buffalo wild wings

So the waiters didn’t sit us down and tables where open. This specific girl with red hair had her shirt up and her whole bottom back was showing. Also this waiter with a braid looked Hispanic was not sitting us down and basically not doing her job.

Horrible Service I ordered a huge order to go and I was missing half the order. I waited one hour to get my food delivered and it wasn't even right. When I called all they told me is that I could pick it up. I believe I should of gotten some sort of refund for waiting for my food and still have go pick it up. At this point I don't know what to expect from this buffalo wild wings, service is always horrible!

We have never really liked their food except for the street tacos, but this is the first time we've been to this location. Additionally, we haven't been for years and thought it'd be a good day to try them again. Turns out they've gotten even worse. To start, we were seated quickly, albeit somewhat impersonal. Our waitress took out appetizer order and came back later for the regular order. Unfortunately she forgot to enter the appetizers. Once the food was ready, she realized her mistake and entered the appetizer order. Then held our food. We didn't see the first bit of food for nearly 30 minutes. On that time she didn't come by to check our drinks. She did apologize for the error. It was her first day serving. The sampler (mozz sticks, onion rings, nachos, and wings) was blah. The street tacos were nasty. The new beer cheese cheesesteak sandwich was good, but VERY little meat inside. We also got a grilled chicken salad with honey bbq. It was OK as salads go. The manager, at the waitress's request, comped the appetizer as compensation for the wait. So, all in all, it was a bad night for us here. The manager tried to fix it, but I don't think we'll be back at all.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I found a bug in my drink, which was extremely off-putting and unacceptable. Additionally, the wait time was far longer than promised. We were told it would be a 25–30 minute wait, but it ended up being over two hours. To make matters worse, larger groups were seated before us, even though we had arrived first.
The customer service was poor, and overall, the experience was not worth the time or effort. I do not recommend this establishment, as it appears they do not value their customers. I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate people so improvements can be made. I will not be returning.

My group of 4 arrived at 12:15pm and we didn't get our food until 1:05pm. We normally go for our lunch hour and don't usually have issues making it back in time. We didn't leave the restaurant until 1:20 so we were 30 minutes late coming back from lunch. My drink got refilled with the Dr pepper instead of Pepsi zero. And one of my friends never even got a refill. The food was decent as always but they seem to be poorly managed because the kitchen staff and the wait staff were clearly not well trained.
