Second time I've been to a BWW and had horrendously long waits for our food. A gaggle of servers standing around doing nothing while waiting to be serviced and it took almost an hour for three burgers. Fries ended up being chewy after only a few minutes. Burger patties tasted excessively charred.

Ordered the chicken parm melt, side of fries and asked for shredded cheese on the fries. Ordered cheese curds as an appetizer. The appetizer came out extremely small. Turns out, they put in a side order instead of an appetizer. When my meal came out, the bread was so soggy the insides fell out when I picked it up. The fries were rock hard and inedible. Overall, I was very disappointed in the food. The server was very nice, but we had to flag her down to ask for refills of our drinks every time we needed them. My husband's meal was ok, his tap beers were cold and my son's wings came out fine too. But for a $90 tab, the food should be better than that.

Several times they have treated us terribly and today the salad comes out with a perfect cut 😂 after waiting the time they said you arrive for the order and they ignore you how nothing will matter to them

Server was amazing! Drink never went empty and she always had a great smile.... Other than that, had to sit and watch an 80yr old man grope a 20(something) yr old at the bar while I tried to eat. I'll never go back!!!

Hostess who was not friendly sat us down at a dirty table. I asked them to have it cleaned and they moved us over a table. They sat another customer at the same table and it wasnt cleaned until he asked to have it cleaned. Restroom could be cleaner.

There were a lot of people in front of us to the point where there was a wait. it was only about a 20 min wait though. Food was great and service was great. would recommend
Bar staff was very polite and friendly. My boneless wings were dry and warm. They were old. Also, an old man was smoking Marlboros in the bar. No one cared. I thought that was illegal these days. No thank you.

Visit another location, this one has customer experience improvements to make. Ordered 10 wings, came out with the wrong sauce. No big deal, just a mistake. I mentioned it to the waiter as they were too spicy for me to eat. He 1st offered to bring me a side of the correct sauce, which I declined. Then offered to remake them, which sounded right to me. Accepted the offer since I couldn't eat them, storm was approaching so I asked for them to go, seeing how it took 20 min for warm, not hot - traditional wings and salad to arive. Next thing you know the manager is at the table with the correct sauce, clearly a different color, proclaiming they didn't make an error and that I was wrong. Not wanting a confrontation, I said don't worry it's fine. Waiter came back and apologized for the Manager getting fired up and all the fuss about a simple mistake. Not his fault. Spent $47 for my husband and my dinner and left hungry, disrespected and a bit annoyed at how such a small mistake turned into all of that. Bathrooms were quite dirty as well. Will be skipping over this location as an option in the future and taking my money elsewhere where it is welcome and they care about customer experiences.
