they got a very convenient take out lane and door where you can park like youre parking right on the street next to the take out area door. they designed this place right.

I didn’t want to forget to review but our night was made tonight. Fight night with great food and service! The staff set our expectations that there may be a long wait because of fight as soon as we walked in. We sat down and even though it was a packed house, we were quickly greeted by our waitress. Food came out fresh and made how we ordered. I can’t say enough good things! My family appreciates BWW hospitality!

Constructive criticismFood was great and came out fast!Management needs to learn how to schedule people properly. You have 5 employees sitting in the bar area talking and not working for more than 20mins. Including the bartender.Bartender needs to learn how to salt a rim on a margarita. Barely had any salt. Tried to have a conversation with her. And was so off putting. Bartenders should be engaging and talking. She seems more like a host than anything. Teach them to clean the bar as they check in with the customer.Servers are walking around here on their phones completely walking past trash on the floor. Again I don’t understand why management scheduled so many when there’s nothing for them to do.

Everyone was super friendly and sweet, things just kept happening wrong. I’ve never been to this BWW before, but I got here a bit before 00:30, and I love the rain, so I asked to sit on the patio and they asked me to tell a server in the bar area, and so I let them know and they said they were going to tell someone else. But I’m sitting around for about an hour, it’s like 1:15 now, and I haven’t seen anyone walk out to the patio at all yet and I didn’t want to really bug a server a whole lot, so I went out to the main room and asked for a menu. I sit back down for a little, I look up when they close and it says 2am, so I went back out around 1:40 and asked if I could order and they said it’d have to be to-go and apologized and stuff I felt really bad that I was ordering so late, but they said it was fine and I left a tip and everything because I know I probably made the wrong move of sitting on the patio. But I got my food and went back to my car to eat and watch a movie before driving back home, and I realized a ranch had popped open in my bag. I went back and asked for a couple extra napkins because the box felt soft-ish from what I thought was ranch. They politely gave me some and a few extra ranches, but when I actually opened and looked in the box, I realized it was soft because there was a giant amount of sauce piled at the bottom and the wings were kinda just sat on top. I know it was close to close and everything, and I already felt bad enough, but I had been there an hour and a half before close anyway. I mixed them up a bit before deciding to leave a review and take a picture, but it just kinda sucks. I’ll come here again for sure because I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but I’ll definitely come earlier in the day. Everyone was really nice though, it just kinda sucked everywhere else. Didn’t even get to try my food. Took staff 10min to take our order for some water. Took 17+ minutes for the food to come out. It actually took longer than that. When I got up to leave, still with no food, the timer on my watch said 16min and 45sec. They were not busy AT ALL.
