I came in to dine in the restaurant. I heard an old man verbally abused a bartender in front of everyone. I thought it was a customer just being drunk and being a jerk to an employee. I asked an employee if that person is a customer. Nope, it was their manager. I can't fathom how a person like that is running this restaurant and treating his employees that way. I hope writing this review, things will get better for the employees.

Kinda hard to share details of my “experience”, when we weren’t able to have the “experience”.

Online says open until 2am, even days confirmed by business 1 week ago.

Couldn’t get our to go order to process thru on the app so we were gonna call and place the order. We were informed they would be closing in about 10 mins that’s probably why the app wouldn’t work…..it’s 11:20. Closing at 11:30 and open until 2am are two different things. Thanks for, well, nothing.

Very disappointed especially after driving 30 minutes to this location the worst nachos I’ve had from Buffalo Wild Wings there was twice as many jalapeños as there was chili. Then the server charged me for the little cup of chili I asked for after telling him there wasn’t any on the chips and showing him and then my wings AND my buddies wings were just completely off on the taste it tasted like it was mixed with another sauce and his boneless wings were nowhere near soft they were hard and crunchy and I normally would have said something but I just didn’t but I wanted to leave a review so the kitchen can know and try to work on it since football season just started so time to be busy and can’t have bad orders… I wish I would have said something yesterday I only ate 1 of my chicken wings I figured the server would have asked what was wrong with them but he didn’t.

More TVs in this place than I can remember seeing in any other similar establishment including other BWW locations. Services was superb. I got asked not less than four times if I wanted more water until I finally relented. Food was good. My ten wing meal had thirteen wings. Gotta say this meal was my best experience in a BWW.

The best thing about this experience is your FOH employee Trevor! A few noticeable issues. I had to move sani towels and buckets away from our table a few times. Other staff members would walk by and put a dirty towel and the bucket back on the railing where its possible it could fall on us and in our food. We informed Trevor when he asked how we were doing and without hesitation he fixed the issue amd coached the team members around. We even observed him coach another employee in the moment as they put the bucket back on the railing. It'd be wise to incentivize and show the appreciation he deserves. There is a difference between leaders and managers. What Trevor presented was nothing short of Leader qualities! You can believe after this experience I myself as an Executive Chef of OKC, will & would gladly bring Trevor to my team!

Decided to try out the nearby BWW after years of not having it. Came in as two and was asked by the host staff if I was willing to sit at the bar, which I was fine with because I planned on getting a drink anyway. The bartender came to us immediately to check our IDs and I chose to start off with water while I decided on my drink. After receiving the menus she walked off. We sat for probably close to ten mins ready to order. Once she came back by I put my order in and she immediately jumped to my friend to take his order before I could finish. Thinking I could just add on my drink at the end I waited, but after he was done she immediately walked off. I didn’t see her again until the end of our visit, a food runner brought our food out and she never came and checked to make sure everything was okay.
Every time I scanned the bar to look for her to figure out how to get her attention, she was in the back of the bar on her phone.
Another bartender ended up coming by and refilling my empty water but it was when I wasn’t paying attention and talking to my friend so I didn’t have a chance to ask her for the drink I’ve been wanting to order this whole time. At this point, I was over the drink and just ready to go. Our original bartender finally came around to give us boxes and we cashed out and left. I just felt like the bartender was really inattentive and that steered me from coming back in the future. I’d rather go to a local place or just pick up Wingstop from here on out to get wings.

This place and I mean this location has gone from bad to worse. Prices have almost doubled, and the food coming out of the kitchen is horrible, old stale cold fries, wings had pretty much zero sauce on them, that's not a very smart way of saving money by screwing the customer, the tables are all sticky the menus are dirty and sticky. They took about 40 minutes just to get the food out and it wasn't even busy. You guys need to take some pointers from some of the other locations because this was unacceptable.

Our food came after 45 mins. Asked for extra sauce they came out dry. Wanted traditional, they gave me boneless. On top of that the food was like warm. Yes they comped half the price but one person had pay for all of us or we couldn't get the discount.

Tldr: Service was terrible food was cold and not what we wanted.

Love the new location, havent had bad service one time since we have been coming to this location. Only negative is the music tends to be very loud making conversation difficult. I get it, its a sports bar, but could still moderate it a bit.

So this is for CAMERON and especially STEVE. We eat at this location several times a week running up chrcks of a few hundred dollars a week.
Today , if not for a great manager and server you'd have lost several customers. ( So you'll know the 4 of us have 9,000 rewards points each! )
My friend ordered the 1 piece boneless wings wet. When the otder came out they were very hard and overcooked. I told my friend that this happens sometimes as it was lunc rush and sonetimes too many are cooked and kept in the warmer. Of course he was going to ask for another dish but no one was upset.
Except your cook evidently.
He ordered Cauliflower. He forgot to mention wet but it was obviously assumed.
It was slow and i know abut the timers ( I've worked for you beore. ) so there was no reason for the cauliflower to be crispy cooked. But they were.
To top off verification that this was a spite meal the cauliflower was soaked in sauce. Probably 5 x the amount one should use. I have pics if you'd like to see , Cameron and Steve , as i know you hate food waste. Especially intentionally wasting food.
I complained to the manager who took care of my friend's food. He went into the kitchen to talk to the cooks but in my opinion they should be fired because if we get this type food again we will stop eating at an
