Food was surprisingly fast and really well done, no complaints, would eat here again. That said, I say at the bar and the bartender taking my order ignored me quite a bit and when I ordered acted like I was wasting her time. Probably going to find a table next time because the food was some of the best I have gotten from a BWW.

Idk what to make of it but about two months ago I found a fly in my buffalo wild wings Mac and cheese, I got refund and paid it ok so I told myself I wasn’t buying them again right 😳 so my boyfriend love their wings and it’s been awhile so I said if u buy sure i will eat but im not buying ( still feeling hurt like that really makes a difference ) last night MANE I WENT TO START EATING MY BONELESS WINGS AND A BIG SPIDER CAME CRAWLING AROUND ALL THE CHICKEN ! When I tell yall my soul almost left my body , idk what is tryna be told here but I AINT LIKING IT 😣 I was literally shaking my almost a full hour.

I came in last Friday after a long day at work and got some take out. I got something simple fried pickles and a mac & cheese lady that took my order was short with me but she was busy so I didn’t say anything I use to work at a restaurant so I get it. It didn’t take that long to get my order, but when I got it, there was only like 10 fried pickles in there no paper no dressing just pickles in the box and my mac & cheese were so dry that when I went to take a bite of it it all came out in one big clump. That’s how dry it was I had to go back in and get some ranch and he as kinda rude! I’m just disappointed but how I was treated and served.

They are blowing it!!! Whoever in charge telling people to make a ton of chicken at a time, and just sauce it and reheat as it’s sold, is destroying this place. Noticed it happened on Tuesday and Thursday few times and figured that’s probably them trying to keep up with volume on sales nights. Went there last night on a Friday night, and prior another Friday few weeks back. All the chicken skin was falling off and soggy. It tasted like it was microwaved just before coming out. I had so much food left on my plate when I left I felt embarrassed at the image as well. My son said it tasted off again. I’ve had this happen now multiple times with bone in and bone out wings. Bone in they get jagged and sharp and you can taste a difference near bone I suspect is effect of microwave or some heating lamp over hours or something. Boneless the skins fall off and meat tastes pretty awkward. It’s counting on sauce to mask this and it’s not working even when sauced wet. Last night they set my sons food down and immediately I noticed two large pieces were fully unjacketed from skin just laying there like it was normal. It was grey steaming meat. Mine has some too, but the taste actually destroyed my appetite after prob four wings all tasting different and only one tasting familiar. (Likely reheated uneven, like a pile of chicken in a microwave would taste)
Not even a year ago this location was great. Family met up there various times and it was like best bdubs every single time. We all love bdubs!!!
Spent 60 bucks before tip, 15 for tip even though food sucked. How can you guys mess up something so simple?? Respect the food and customer!!!!! This is disgusting and corporate either be pissed or telling you to do this not sure which in these times. Likely there’s effects of tariffs and stuff and practices you might be trying to stay profitable or something I dunno. But this is not the way. I’m good with overpriced chicken that’s delicious. You lost delicious.
Hopefully someone reads this and has a serious conversation. I would hope you turn this around and consider what I say next.
We like bdubs and this location, and would like to give you our money every year multiple times. We want you to stick around. Just respect we work for it and deserve our meal cooked after we order it. You will bleed out this way, and the gains you think you get doing this are shortsighted and temporary. You are also going to potentially jeopardize the wages of local employees from our community that are employed there. They likely have no control over this but can see this is not working. Bad food can lead to loss of tips. Loss of business can lead to loss of jobs and employees. I actually think they deserve better than this too.

Atmosphere a three because you have more seating on a Friday night then I’ve ever seen at a bdubs, and I noticed looking around there were people poking at food and kinda nibbling at it same way I was. Felt like I was in some weird reality. But the tvs and trivia my son loves, and he had a great time outside of his chicken. Waitress was kind, and I actually felt bad for her to be in a position to bring people food like that. Few errors but they weren’t a factor in my experience, I’m human and expect mistakes. Four stars for their service in general. They have average or above average service imo at the waiter/waitress level, and I feel the problem is in the kitchen.

sucks cause we like buffalo wild wings but probably the most inconsiderate and careless service we’ve experienced. go into the bar section and sit in a booth, nothing but glancing stares from all the younger 5-10 servers in the area sitting at a table laughing on their phones. WE HAD TO MOVE TABLES AND STILL WATCHED OTHER PEOPLE COME IN AFTER US AND GET SERVED. maybe a 20 min wait. not sure what their issues were but seemed like they forced the newer girl to get our table since the rest were too lazy. couldn’t even get the typical “sorry for the wait”. towards the end of our meal a older couple sat at the booth we did originally and they were served instantly. i guess if you’re in your 20’s you don't get served ?

This is arguably one of the fanciest BWW I have ever been to! And I’ve been to them from the West coast to the south and Midwest. The service was quick and our waiter was sweet. Every single booth had a TV. The smell was clean and the whole restaurant was superb as far as cleanliness goes. We had traditional, cauliflower wings and fries with the queso appetizer. Everything was hot and fresh. Would definitely dine here again!

Me and some friends went in today and we were not happy with the experience we got, I get it was busy but for our server barely come to us the whole time we were there was not okay when she came to give us our drink she left came back like 3 minutes later to take out order left we didn’t see she for the next ten minutes my friends drink was empty and we ask to get more and she didn’t come back until she was like your guys food almost out and we asked again and she got it and some of the food was messed up but we didn’t s say anything we were all ready over it the was okay ig she looked very unapproachable so we were Js done I get it was busy then I server that was next to us started showing off her tips to our server and when I wanted to fag her down she js walked away Js very disappointed on experience
