I ordered delivery from here and they ruined every aspect of the meal with everything either being incorrect or missing. When I asked for a refund they offered me 2 $10 coupons instead. This is extremely disappointing and is a theft. I will not be purchasing burger king again.

Ordered a No. 1 with a Dr. Pepper and extra ketchup. Got the No. 1 with a Coke and 1 ketchup. Told the young man it was not a Dr. Pepper and needed more ketchup and he shrugged his shoulders and closed the window. NEVER AGAIN!

Just use the drive thru no matter how long the line is. Inside you come last to drive thru even with online orders and after DoorDash. 10 minute wait in an empty lobby for 2 breakfast sandwiches with ham and cheese.

The absolute worst experience today! The churro fries tasted like onion rings and pine sol. Coca Cola was flat and fries were old. $60 down the drain. The absolute worst experience at this location. Won’t ever be back! Ewww… and they forgot some items. Over all circus act.

Very rude drive-through worker tells me my pick up order items are no longer available, and I have to exchange them for something else so I asked him for simply to either give me a refund which he states that they cannot give a refund for something that I am not receiving and then leaves the window and doesn't come back with the rest of my food. Paid 27 dollars for nothing
AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! Ordered DoorDash for lunch. First order was missing a drink, both my burgers were made incorrect. No sauce for 2 orders of nugs onion rings or mozzy fries. Thankfully DoorDash had the affected items redelivered for free. But I’ve now been up with food poisoning all night. If you want incorrect food that will make you sick, then Eat here.

This is the only BK option in NW OKC, and fortunately it's pretty solid. Burger King seems to be polarizing, plenty of people don't like it, but also this location will wrap cars around the entire store into the street for lunch, so.. they're doing something right!
