It was weird, 10pm we drove up to it but the lights were off and no cars in the parking lot, it looked closed, we checked the time it said 12m, so we tried the drive through anyways, they were open and the dude was friendly, we pulled up to the window and we were greeted, but then some random lady in her bootyshort spaghetti strap pj's came over to the window and then left back into the kitchen which added to the bizarre encounter. We haven't been to a BK in decades and after reading the reviews, we were hesitant but our car is at Walmart and we wanted to find somewhere to wait. The staff was so pleasant and greeted us with smiles. The biscuit-egg, ham & cheese was better than expected and she made a fresh pot of coffee. Based on our visit this morning, I would recommend this BK location ....Council & NW Expressway

I went through the drive through and got home noticed part of my order was missing. I called and said I was on my way. I don’t remember his name but he was working the drive through and working up front. When I got there I was treated with respect and was taken care of very quickly. I asked to get another item while I was there and he said We got that for your trouble. This Burger King could teach quite a few businesses how to give good customer service.
