This place was horrible they have plenty of cleaning to be done the drink station was out of every drink possible the hi-c was letting out water I made my order and before I was able to even get a drink the food was ready who knows how long that was sitting their ,fries and burger was BEYOND COLD This place needs the health department to come take a look at it very disturbing.

One of the best burger kings ever. My husband and I have quite alot of gratitude to this store because we were broke and living In a hotel and this was the best place to eat that was affordable.We love a good rodeo burger.

Went in on 01/02/24 for my lunch break. Was told to pull around front while they “made it fresh” i waited outside for 20 mins before the brought my food out only to find out my burger was RAW! I call the restaraunt the apologise and say to come in at my convenience for a comped meal. Today for my lunch break on 01/03/24 i go back get their spiel about “well those are made to order so ill make it myself and if you could pull to the front door ill bring it out myself as well” i wait THIRTY MINUTES and then have to go into the building myself to get the food after watching several customers come and go in that time and its not like they are busy too busy either! When i go in the guy had just started putting my burger together!! I get back to work open it up and its almost fully burnt!! Im not a picky person or a hateful one but i want my food to be the normal amount of cooked!! I go there often for lunch for myself and my coworkers and i definitely wont be back! (

The woman charged me $13 on my card and the asked me for $5 cash. She also was on the phone while helping me cancelled my order and then retook it because she was confused. The store stink a lot of pot holes in the parking lot. The fries were cold the nuggets was the only thing cooked fresh.

Came to this Burger King tonight for my uncle, the male worker who was apparently the Manager on shift tonight charged me wrong when I had a coupon for a Whopper meal for $6.99. My receipt had 2 Whoppers on it (I only wanted one Whopper) that were for $5.19 each then my Medium Onion Ring for $2.69, my total came out to 13.07. When I got home the bread on the Whopper was hard and dry that my uncle couldn’t eat it. I also got a Vanilla Shake which wasn’t a shake at all, it was all ice cream on top and the base at the bottom that was not mixed up which they charged me $3.89 for it. When I called him, he told me that I needed to take pictures of the food and bring the receipt in to get my money back, when I told him that he gave me just ice cream only in the cup that wasn’t mixed up he told me it was the same which obviously isn’t. He didn’t know want to give me my money back, so I hung up on him. I don’t even know how he’s a Manager, he was being very rude when we were on the phone. I will be contacting the Corporate Manager about him so please do not come to this Burger King if you don’t want any dry food because they will argue with you and tell you that you’re wrong and not give you your money back I know I wouldn’t want to eat that hard dried up bread either.

Don't ever go here. They constantly mess orders up, forget food or it's cold. I've had dashers tell me they can hear the manager screaming at employees. Not worth it. Plus getting a refund is like pulling teeth. They suck as a company overall. Never going to any burger king
