I made an order on the app and we went to the drive thru to pick up we had a wait a while for the order I figured they didn’t have that many people working in this location. But when they finally gave us our food I figured they were making sure everything was there. Well no that wasn’t the case we got home and o noticed they didn’t give me the Franken candy sundae that is supposed to come with the Boo-Ndle for you Order and the Texas double whopper they have a regular whopper instead.. So an item was missing and the other item was incorrect I messaged support and they only offer a 10$ coupon. I rarely eat Burger King so I asked for a refund on the items since I paid for them and didn’t receive them and they said they do not do refunds.. Long story short I don’t think I will get Burger King anymore if that’s there type of customer service..

Was the only car there, waited nearly 20 minutes. Should be called not so fast food. And then the food was lukewarm, not even hot. Very disappointing.

This place is overall good, but I think like 1/5 of the time, sauce inside my order is veeery small, it tastes nothing. This happened to me like 3 times so far. I think one particular employee is doing that. Management should find that employee and teach him/her the right way. Also, is the onion ring in the rodeo burger supposed to be 2? Usually it's 3 rings.

The service was slow it took days to eat then the drink machine had one option this place is horrible. The employees are trying but all together this place needs serious help!!! I do not recommend this burger king id keep driving

Don't know how the food was at this location as I didn't have the time or patience to wait long enough. The guy talking orders for the counter was also bagging all the orders. Problem was he only took one order at the counter every 10 minutes or so with the line going out the door. Meanwhile I watched the drive through line cycle completely through new cars at least 3 times. IDK why they don't care AT ALL about the customers in the lobby, but they indisputably do not.

Been coming to this BK for a year, and it's definitely the best BK I've ever been to. No matter when I come, the food is always hot and the service is always really good. Definitely some of the friendliest customer service I've experienced in fast food.

I would give zero Stars if I could I keep being given raw bacon on my bacon cheeseburgers part of the trio order. I mean RAW. Straight from the fridge raw. Even cold like it came directly from the fridge. I called and ask they make it crispy at which point I was hung up on twice. So when I got there I went in and they refused to say who kept hanging up on me or WHY? so then I asked how am I supposed to request bacon that isn't raw be put on my burgers? They said it's already fully cooked. They do NOTHING with it other than pull it from the fridge and put it on the food! They are saying it's not heated. But if that's the case then WHY is it raw, slimy, pink, and gross? Also I said they did it for me on the last order. He immediately said they were refusing my service! There's more back and forth and I was told then order it without the bacon. Not to mention they don't make the food properly they are always forgetting several items in each order and you have to go back around to get it at which point u have to wait up to 20 min even tho ypur the only customer there. The manager refused well he says he's the manager I don't believe that he is he refused to give the manager's name his name I asked him for the manager's number above him he claims he's the assistant manager of the district which is BS he's not I said then I want the corporate managers number and he refused that as well claiming that that's him that he is all of the managers which isn't even possible and that's a lie also according to their rules and standards for them as Burger King they have to give those numbers at which point he refused

The food is great at this restaurant. It’s always fresh made right the the only thing I have to complain about here is the wait is crazy at times
