I ordered here and the young girl that took my order was rude and gave me a hard time when using my coupons. My food was alright but the service was so awful that it made me loose my appetite, it's sad because I love bk whoppers. 😢

Every time I order food for delivery its always wrong. I ordered double bacon cheese burger lg rings lg soda with dipping sauce I received a single bacon cheeseburger and no sauce.

The gift card that I got had a bunch of options. I want to use two things on my gift card and they said that they're not allowed to do that. I had to pay for one full meal to get anything for free when it says all I have to do is purchase anything and you can get one free.

This is the slowest Burger King on planet Earth and often times the buns are stale and they absolutely WILL NOT answer the phone to respond to calls whether it's complaints or not, mostly it's because the order is wrong. Major overhaul needed. Love the original taste of their burgers, but I can't give my money to this place any longer, it's crazy actually. They have you park in the handicap spot to bring out food while there is ZERO customers in line and ZERO cars in the parking lot. Lazy incompetent management
Nice look place but terrible service, the workers harass the customers and everything. I see why people be done with Burger King and McDonald's. Restrooms always filthy and everything. Needs to be shut down.

This is the worst king of burgers I've ever been to, don't get any of the melts here they will not toays the bread like the advertisement shows you just get soft white bread making it flavorless.
The woman at the window was amazing. The Coca-Cola is mainly water, and is the only reason I drove 20 minutes to this place. The food is awful but let’s be real. The drink thing is definitely a dealbreaker.

I didn't receive all that I ordered when I stopped the young man to say I had 4 drinks and missing my value size coke he had an attitude. I got my drink already done with this I just took the food home to find my son got a 4 piece instead of 6 and I was missing a fry. Needless to say I gave my son my nuggets and my daughter my fries just to make sure they were good. I just accepted this BS and went to work.
