This place is a joke , drive thru lady don’t know what the H she was doing , took my order or so I thought then placed the order while I was at the window. Proceeds to get it wrong , I go back to get the replacement. ITS WRONG AGAIN I didn’t even bother to call or go back Place needs new management I won’t be back for damn sure DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !

The drive thru was moving so slow tonight, it took me over 20 minutes to get my food despite having a mobile order and ordering ahead, and there were only 2 cars in front of me. I was on my lunch break from the overnight shift at a hospital, and I got a write up when I got back to work because I was gone for too long. THANKS BK!

We went through the drive thru and should have known at the menu/speaker that this was a VERY BAD IDEA...We LOVE Burger King where we live and expected the same here...but the make at the drive thru speaker/window was sooo rude...if I hadn't already paid I would have driven off. He kept cutting us off shutting the window on us. When he thought he gave us one sandwich too many he literally reached out of the window and took it out of my hand. He had no name tag and wouldn't open the window to talk to anyone. It was 25° or I would have gotten out and gone in. We learned our lesson to NEVER return to this location in Okc. 🤢
Parking: It was Nasty and the employees should have name tags. It takes one person like this to ruin it for the customer and EVERYONE they know.

I wish I could give it negative stars. All of our food was cold, like it was fresh out the refrigerator! 2 whopper jr and a wrap all cold. Fried were the only warm thing we got and they were soggy. Soda also tasted nasty. Total waste of money. All our food went to the garbage.

I gotta give this poor dude working props. His employees walked out on him during lunch rush and left him juggling the entire place by himself. He never lost his composure and handled the hot mess of a situation professionally. He needs a raise!!!

Went to get a double crossiant for breakfast..it had one thin piece of egg on it. So I came inside and the managers you have running that place argued with me about the sandwich. He said " Your kind isn't welcomed here" "Go to a different Burger King" the proceeded to slam things. No wonder that place is run down. I would not even attempt to eat there.

Man I'm just so confused right now. I thought "Burger" king was supposed to serve up burgers. I just bought a family meal deal thing and I got the 3 little cheese burgers but with no burger. Just cheese and dressing with a couple pickles.Everything seemed alright, no issues with ordering. But I just, I don't know man. I'm disappointed honestly ? I mean it can't be that hard to serve up "cheeseburgers".
