I don’t know if they exchanged or did that in purpose, I ordered chicken burger jr and got burger with fish jr. Even they put the wrong sauce and ingredients on that. I am so disappointed. We don’t have time to go back and replace it. Please check the order before you give it to us.

Everything about this place is disgusting. The inside is filthy. The pm drive through woman is absolutely pathetic. She’s slow,she’s nasty and her customer service is trash. The pm manager isn’t any better for allowing that behavior.definitely won’t eat here anymore.

I was the only customer in the drive-thru and it took almost 10 minutes for one sandwich. The sandwich was good however and the staff were friendly.

We went here one night to pick up an online order and after waiting about 10 minutes at the speaker finally was helped. Told us to pull around then comes to the window and says they don't have cheese to make the melt we ordered and can't cancel or refund the order I'll have to go through the app. Burger King isn't cheap, not everyone has money to waste and not get food then have to go get something elsewhere. There was no offer of we can make you this or this instead, nothing just I can't do a refund and just stared at me. Needless to say we left without receiving 2 of the meals. Customer service through the app was amazing and refunded those meals, but in person service and help nah not it.

It's approximately 10:45 this evening. Stopped by Burger King near enough to our home to run here late at night to eat, off I 240 in Oklahoma City. This is literally the 8th time we've come here and not been able to get what we wanted. The restaurant closes at midnight but we were just told that the grill was already shut down for the night. Why would it be that for an hour and 45 minutes people cannot get anything to eat when they have the expectation that they can eat till just before midnight? The times we've come in and been told that they don't have something like the veggie burger, or that the grill is broken, or that the soda machine isn't working? One store cannot possibly have this many problems! There's something fundamentally wrong with the organization here, I'm guessing that's it's mainly the management and the employees. But one thing is crystal clear But one thing is crystal clear: this BK location sucks. Half of the time we have arrived now, statistically half the time we've come here, we have not been able to eat.

***FOOD ALLERGIC REACTIONS MATTER!! IT COULD KILL SOMEONE!!! .. Worst service and individuals who don't care about anything nor Anyone. The cook or whoever he is and the drive through csr. I almost contacted emsa if I didn't go through this once before without using a epipen. Onions on my burger which will close my throat. Was going to call 911 to obtain footage from burger King of me not being rude/ asking person to help with mobile app/so forth and recordings from burger King and in which I have from my fiance as a witness, on drive through speaker, and in person at drive through from 3 people. 7409 S May Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. More of my symptoms to this story but why bother. Never again. Bad bad bad and sad goodness gracious I wish I could give negative stars beyond belief
