Everything we order DoorDash from here the order is wrong and cold. No joke.
Everything I walk inside to the lobby is empty and the front desk is empty. I have to wait many minutes to get helped. Sometimes I have to ask to get helped. The people building burgers in-front of me will not say hello and do not appear friendly.
At least it is tasty, if you don't mind zero customer service and possibly cold incorrect food.

Somebody was overdosing in the lobby, waited 30 minutes for my food, which we never got so I just asked for a refund and that took an additional 10 minutes, and I never once offered to comp the food. And it was just two hamburgers, no fries no drinks. All I wanted was just a couple burgers.

The white and black ppl that work earlier in the day are awesome!!!! But the white side and Mexican at the later time NEVER get my order right. If I ask for my food “off the broiler” do exactly that and don’t microwave it!! He’s horrible

First time ordering at this one with app. And they literally sealed the bag without verifying the contents. Guess what. No onion rings. So I paid for them and got ripped off. This is what that amounts to. Edit: Actually I don't even know who's order I got. I didn't get the fish sandwich either. Just 2 burgers. But my receipt was on the bag with the actual order

Staff was courteous and friendly and the food was hot and fresh. The only complaint I have is the entire floor of the lobby was sticky!! Other than that it was a wonderful experience!

IS IT TOO MUCH TO BE NOTIFIED IF SOMETHING IS GOING TO TAKE 20min to be made ……then inform customer this will hold them up indefinitely for a significant amount of time. So they don’t foolishly pay for something you don’t plan on making and serving in a timely manner. Also, super rude and idiotic to dismiss customer and take care of 5 other cars so they can leave without explanation or update to let the customer know what the holdup is. This location needs some serious changes and communication training. Customer service is almost non existent. The Burger King on may and i240 east
One person working back and front homeless in lobby by drink machine playing with her feet... using outside cup to fill up... I left the building faster than 🦸♂️ and Spider-Man crawling the walls...

After waiting 20 minutes for our food and haveing me pull forward for absolutely no reason (nobody behind me) they forgot my tots, didn't give me a receipt, and didn't even apologize for the long wait.
