They need to hire more employees so the 2 that work there aren't so overwhelmed. The brisket burger...pass. Bun so thick its like a loaf of bread in your mouth, some sort of mushy chopped brisket and tomatoes. Usually this store is great but now, not so much.

Would be zero stars and a return if not for Ursula! Tried to go drive thru and it’s was a mess from the beginning the lady was as short and rude then we get home and the food was god awful, this has happened before so this time I was just going to get a refund and go elsewhere! Once inside there is staff all over but one lady who seems to even want to be there and she was an absolute saint so sweet guaranteed better food if I just let her make it and she delivered! Get a new team and let Ursula run. It bet your parking lot would have customers again!

On may 27th around 7:15 am the drive thru girl was extremely rude . I live around the corner so we come here a lot. This is the first time I’ve ever gotten a rude associate. Once again the girl was awful to us grabbed the money and just terrible attitude in the drive thru. UPDATE the gentleman working the morning of 7/18/25 has great customer service very friendly . The young lady is still rude.

I don’t know if they exchanged or did that in purpose, I ordered chicken burger jr and got burger with fish jr. Even they put the wrong sauce and ingredients on that. I am so disappointed. We don’t have time to go back and replace it. Please check the order before you give it to us.

Everything about this place is disgusting. The inside is filthy. The pm drive through woman is absolutely pathetic. She’s slow,she’s nasty and her customer service is trash. The pm manager isn’t any better for allowing that behavior.definitely won’t eat here anymore.

Food is always good, but man they take so long here. I arrived here at the drive through around 5:20. It is now 5:50
