When I go to “hole-in-the-wall” places, my hopes are that the food is good — usually, low-key restaurants have some of the best food.
But man, this place disappointed.
I went with my fiancée — we shop at Super Cao Nguyen for ingredients pretty often, and decided to pop our heads in because we love to try new spots in the city. We ordered Mongolian Chicken stir fry, Malaysian Noodles, dumplings, and a boba tea.
The food was not good, boba was watery, and service was really, really, bad. (Everyone has bad days so maybe our servers were just not feeling great.) Came out to a total of $44 for something that tasted like it was from the mall.
I’m not exaggerating when I say this, but this was my worst dining experience in OKC after living here for two years.

One of the first places my friends took me when I moved to OKC. Going on 3 years of frequenting Cafe Oasis and it's definitely a top 5 favorite spot. Friendly service and unique food (octopus balls are incredible), this place is such a hidden gem that more people need to know about. Love to bring friends here and so far all of them have enjoyed it just as much as me. Give them a try!

THIS is what Chinese American food should be. Each dish was prepared with attention and caring. The care definitely shown through in the food quality.
We hade the Mapo Tofu and chicken lo mein. Both were excellent. The Mapo Tofu was spicy enough and salty with lots of soft tofu blocks and served beside a bed of steamed rice.
The lo mein had the right kiss of scorch flavor. The noodles were tender and correctly cooked. The problem with lo mein is usually the noodles are overcooked, starchy and flavorless. Not here.
I can’t recommend this place enough. The friendly people serving and preparing the food were amazingly equal to the food.

Place is somewhat hidden and on the second floor but worth the hunt. Place is small and nicely decorated. Ordered broccoli and beef in a rice bowl. This also came with egg drop soup. For a drink I got milk tea with boba. Everything was delicious and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Inside they have some tables with a very nice window view from second floor. Nice place to eat and great service.
