The food is so amazing! I liked everything I tried , honest to God the best catfish I've ever had and dont forget that bread pudding! The owner is so sweet and lovely as well.
First place I’ve seen with Hot Roast Beef poboy. But traditionally in New Orleans in mayo and Swiss or provolone cheese. If you can make it that way I’ll be there to try it!

Legit Cajun Cuisine from New Orleans, all you can eat! And the catfish is deliciousness, tastes so clean you wouldn’t even know it’s catfish. The owners are so nice and sweet. Happy they decided to stay instead of going back to New Orleans.

This place was horrible all around. For starters, the cook was back and fourth in between checking customers out and cooking. Never seen a single pair of gloves worn. When it was time to cash out on my to go order, I handed the cook my debit card, when I noticed his hands were full of flour. I received my card back and had to disinfect it. I got home and really hoped the food was better than the so far experience. Opening my food, it didn’t smell like chicken and fish, which I ordered. The fish taste of pure flour and ocean. Not good at all. The chicken was so bland and as well, taste was sour and floury tasting. Idk it just didn’t sit well with me at all. I had red beans and rice and hush puppies for sides. Red beans and rice were good. Hush puppies texture was very doughy in the middle, but taste good. I do not recommend and will not return.

Miss Ola is a true delight. Our first time there she greeted us like old friends. It made us feel like we were home. You know how "hole in the walls" are the best places to eat...well it's 100% true for this place. What a gem! True authentic soulfood straight outof the bayou. My family and I have nothing negative to say about Cajun King. My husband said the collard greens reminded him of his grandmother's!! Oh and they serve lightly battered catfish strips at your table with a house dip... jeezz that stuff is heaven!. Everything was delicious...
