Callahan’s food is top notch! Highest quality and best taste! Staff works very hard to give you a little taste of Chicago. I you haven’t been, this food truck is one that you go out of your way to visit.
Please note this is a food truck that is sometimes open in the Broke Brewing parking lot. Check Broke Brewing and/ Callahan Chicago Grille Instagram pages for when they are open. Assume that it is closed/not on site if not listed there.
We had Callahan's food truck out for Spring Break and it was a hit! Our guests and employees loved it, the smash burger in particular was incredible, and we couldn't have asked for kinder service. Thank you all!
