Callahan’s food is top notch! Highest quality and best taste! Staff works very hard to give you a little taste of Chicago. I you haven’t been, this food truck is one that you go out of your way to visit.
Ok, I'm just going to start off by saying this was the best smashburger and Chicago dog I have had, and I've had many hands down. You gotta try this place. Dewayne is super friendly, and you can customize whatever you order, and it won't be a problem like some other places.
Please note this is a food truck that is sometimes open in the Broke Brewing parking lot. Check Broke Brewing and/ Callahan Chicago Grille Instagram pages for when they are open. Assume that it is closed/not on site if not listed there.
