31 dollars on 3 items they were literally generic cheap tasting 12 dollars for Philly fries was served in a tiny box hotdogs were soggy and didnt hold waste of money disappointed and dissatisfied

We just stoped on a whim and ordered the Philly. Throughly enjoyed it. The fries were delicious and the atmosphere and service was fantastic. All they need is a cut out of Pope Leo!!!

Food is made fresh, tastes great, and worth the wait! This is NOT a fast food joint, it's quality.

Obviously hard working people who care about their craft. Delicious, will eat here again.

2 times now instead of sending a message that you don’t have wings or cancelling the order you just sent me onion rings. Cancel the order next time!!!!! I just paid $21 for one order of onion rings two times. Never ordering from you again. Respect others money.

My husband, son and I went to Cal's yesterday at 12:27. My son ordered a cheeseburger and fries, my husband and I got the Italian beef (which he later added sausage to) with a side of onion rings. My son and I had a soft drink and my husband had water. The bread on our sandwiches was hard and chewy like it had been microwaved and it became inedible towards the end of our sandwiches. We couldn't even eat it all and threw the remainder away. He ordered his sweet and I got mine hot. We left and drove 2.5 miles to where we live and I immediately vomited. This was followed by diarrhea, nausea and severe stomach cramping. My husband didn't get sick immediately but it hit him within a few hours. Same issues. This isn't right. We paid $53.65 for a meal that made us ill.

I got the Chicago style dog and it was good! Def get that again. I also got a chili cheese dog and the taste wasn’t bad. However.. I could hear the chef banging around in the back aka the microwave. Which I’m not naive that’s a big part places. The issue was that they microwaved it too much so the hot dog bun fused to the container so it would not come off of it. I also think they heated it up in the styrofoam because it was warped from the heat. I think standing in the front and every step my shoes stuck to the ground coupled woth slamming microwaves makes me not wanting to go back. You know maybe getting it delivered is a better idea so you don’t have to ~see~ where it came from

Excellent food, great environment, and oh yeah, Sinatra playing over the house speakers sets a nice tone too. You owe it to yourself to eat at Cals every opportunity you get.

The Philly is BOMB! The bread is so wonderful. Soft, fluffy, perfect amount of chew to it. Tender, well seasoned meat. Peppers and onions were also just right. If you want a Philly, THIS is the place.

The cashier was super helpful for us as first time guests. She is welcoming & very friendly.

The quality of the food and ingredients here is incredible. Amazing Chicago dogs with all the right fixings. Today I tried the Italian beef & sausage, dipped. Incredible

It reminds me of too much like home.
