Cal's Chicago Style Eatery

I walked in before getting the family out of the car and was like yup authentic. We wanted a Portillos style beef sandwich but didnt want to drive back down to Dallas or up to Chicago as this was in-between lets just say this beats out Portillos by miles. The beef sandwich with Hot peppers was phenomenal. Definitely will be a repeat stop when we pass through Oklahoma. Outstanding taste. Thank you. (HOT Peppers ARE HOTT!!)

This place is a GEM. I had a great time shout out to the youngnlady behind the counter her recommendation were FANTASTIC we had the Philly cheese and the Italian beef with sweet and spicy on it and it SLAPPED. the fries are great to they are seasoned and cooked well.

Excellent and AUTHENTIC Chicago styled food, generous sized portions, and exceptional customer service! Would recommend to anybody looking for a taste of Chicago in OKC. The Italian beef was awesome and the Philly Cheesesteak is one of the best I’ve ever had!

A little hot, a little loud, but my goodness were those sandwiches good! Can't wait to go here again and try more items on the menu. The the fries were a great pairing with the sandwiches. Very light and crispy.

Had high hopes with the 4.5 star reviews, but left very disappointed. To start, the employees were all wearing dirty clothes (we went right when they opened at 11am), smelled weed while we were in the restaurant, had gnats flying around the soda machine. Overall, the environment was very dirty. The Chicago dog was a big disappointment…. The bun was dry and hard, seemed like the hot dog was cooked in the microwave.

Nice little Chicago style eatery. Ordered the hot beef, dipped, w/ hot peppers and a Chicago dog. The beef was great, best I've had in the state. The dog, its not Portillos, but its dang close.

I just ordered a gyro and Philly For delivery and they failed to pack the Philly cheesesteak and when I call back, they said that they put it in there, but wasn’t willing to go check the cameras to see. I have a video of me opening the meal on my front porch and only finding one sandwich in there When I called back to let them know, they said there was nothing they could do for me. That type of customer service clearly isn’t warranted, especially when they could simply review the camera and see where they actually put the sandwich for that. I’m giving them a one star for the laziness and for leaving me hungry as the gyro was for my friend And without the Philly cheesesteak now I can’t eat because that was my last dollar.
