Specialty ice cream shoppers with eclectic ice cream treats. At first I looked at the menu and thought some of them looked a little crazy.... Man, was I surprised. They are spectacular. I would try most of them if I was here long enough. The staff was super friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this spot for your next ice cream treat.
Located in a great spot, it's nice to have a desert/snack place in walking distance of restaurants. A very calm atmosphere, glad for the nice cool AC during these summer months. I will say, this place isn't like other frozen yogurt places such as orange leaf or yogurt land. You can build your own ice cream, you just orde rit instead of getting it yourself. I realized the big thing here is the cereal toppings. If you're not a fan of those cereals, you may not enjoy ot as much. I thought it was perfectly all blended and gave it a really unique taste. I ordered the "bipartisan", a mix of strawberry, blueberry, and captain crunch. It's this wonderful taste of both frozen yogurt and almost like a pastry cake. Definitely will be coming back as it was a nice place and great quality.
We were so excited to visit since it was hot & we were ready for a snack. The main reason we decided to try here was because of the advertised dairy free option on their menu, since one of us is lactose intolerant. We entered the establishment & stood SEVERAL minutes at the front counter waiting for someone to emerge from the backroom to wait on us……. No one came. We coughed loudly. We talked loudly. We even tried calling the establishment (phone number in Google maps not a valid number). We could see the head of an employee through the window of the back door who was just sitting on their phone the entire time we were waiting. No employees came out until someone else entered the building. Then, not only one, but TWO people spilled out of the backroom. We were not greeted or asked how we could be helped. It wasn’t until the last person in our group came to the counter to order (only person in our group who cannot eat dairy) that were we Informed that they “ran out of dairy-free for the day”. There was no sign on the counter or the menu that let us know this beforehand. So the two of us that ordered first felt terrible as we ate our ice cream in front of the non-dairy person. Oof. Thanks Capitals. ??
When it’s good, it’s great. However, they are consistently out of the dairy free option(the last three consecutive times I’ve tried to go).. Also, I feel like half the time I have to ask them to remake my order because I can taste whatever was made last.
This place is pretty simple, but still nice considering it's right there by lines of restaurants to satisfy your sweet tooth!Ordered a standard size, was definitely bigger than expected! And for only a dollar and some change extra.Very cute mural in the back, lovely atmosphere and decent seating arrangement.
Great customer service! There was a nice young lady there that helped me and my family! I didn’t get her her but she was a younger white female! Absolutely amazing customer service and worth every cent! Got a fruity pebble shake with a oreo?
It was alright, but nothing special really. I had the "Oklahoma Standard" and it didn't taste like much of anything. Their mixing machine was pretty neat, but that's about it. I'm not too interested in having cereal mixed in my ice cream so that eliminated a lot of the options as they don't offer many mix-ins and half of those are cereal. I would have much rather them put my regular sized order in a larger cup so half of it wasn't hanging out the top of the cup because it started melting down the outside of the cup pretty quick.
A little pricey, but great ice cream and interesting recipes. Great location as well.
Not a fan. Overpriced for what you get. First off why have tips at the register as an option. Second I tipped because you feel pressure to do it and all they did was sit my ice cream on the counter and say my name. There were only four customers in the place and 3 people kinda working. Here’s an idea. Take it to the paying customer or don’t have tips as an option. So I want my tip back. Last the kid working there has nothing to do so he sits on the counter where food is placed and plays on his phone. Lackluster at best. I won’t be back.
Walking into capitals, you are immediately met with this nasty odor that is similar old milk dumped into a never-emptied grease trap at the bottom of a fast food joints grill. Once seated you will find your pants stained by the never-cleaned barstools while you enjoy your (delicious) ice cream. If you reach for a napkin make sure to watch out for the ice scream splats all over the napkin dispenser. The ice cream is really good and the employees have been nice every time I’ve gone.Yummy ice cream!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ice cream was great! We’ll be back for sure. We got the seasonal peppermint (with Oreos) and the Cap’n Crunch :)
The person that served us was great and pleasant. Our order didn't take long and we got exactly what we asked for. The ice cream was just fine though. It's the standard frozen milk or whatever comes from every other ice cream maker you can probably buy at a kitchen store. Nothing worth $8/tiny cup. I guess it's fine if you don't care about money.
SO DELICIOUS! This unique place will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth and will not disappoint. You have the option of choosing one of their ice cream concoctions or creating your own. We chose ones they had on the menu and we absolutely loved it. 100% recommend trying Capitals Ice Cream.
At first I was a little skeptical that they sell beer here, but after visiting I’m all here for it. The ice cream was sooo good. They only have chocolate and vanilla ice cream but they make up for it by having so many toppings and things to mix into it. I recommend getting the Oklahoma standard shake, it’s amazing.
Cute ice cream shop with a few options of ice cream and shakes. Clean and bright. Great service and friendly staff.
