They no longer have napkin dispensers on any tables in the restaurant. When you receive you order napkins are not included on your tray. You must go back to the counter and ask for some and they only give you two. They don’t give senior discount on coffee. I was charged full price and when I pointed it out to the manager he just tossed a dollar bill at me and said “ here’s your dollar.” I did not accept the dollar and he did not apologize. Since new management took over earlier this year the entire staff has been very unfriendly. Don’t expect much if you go to this location and you won’t be disappointed.

Great Hardee's breakfast menu, tho getting bit expensive like everything else. Don't eat their lunch/dinner but looks like could be yummy. Clerks usually helpful, courteous. Place kept clean & no panhandling.

I ordered The primal for $15 and it was trash and I ordered onion rings on the side and it was trash It was almost $20 altogether and the manager l I don’t know what your name told me she would give me a discount when she didn’t worst worst experience I am never going here ever again also trashy fries

I hadn’t ate Carl’s Jr. food, aside from breakfast, in awhile. They have the best sausage biscuits! Nobody can beat them on that. I recently had the all star cheeseburger, which I hadn’t had in a really long time, but I’m glad I did because it’s definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. It was hot and fresh, the vegetables on the burger were fresh and it was overall an excellent fresh burger that tasted great!
Kid-friendliness: It’s not really a kid friendly place but it does have kids meals available.

First time eating at this Carl's Jr. @ 4001 N Portland in OKC. Ordered the famous star meal with waffle fries and diet dr.pepper. The fries were great, hot , fresh and well seasoned. The hamburger was great too, fresh toppings and flavorful. I highly recommend you eat at this location. The staff was friendly too.

Whoever was on the speaker at 330 Sunday July 21st is terrible!!! My husband pulled up as I was on the phone with him my husband says I have a code for you and the man didn’t even give my husband a chance to give him it before he smarts off and says “well I can’t put it in if I don’t know the code” like seriously?! He was getting it from me off the phone there was no reason for him to even say that stupid stuff!!!!! So maybe the workers need to be retrained on how to deal with people on the speaker because you lost business over that!!!
