Casa Perico Mexican Grille

We have been loyal customers of Casa Perico for 28 years. My dad worked with the previous owner, Mike, for many years, and since his passing, our family has continued eating at Casa Perico almost every week because it reminds us of him. Two weeks ago, we placed an order that was incorrect. This was not the first time it happened. When we called, the manager apologized and offered us a credit for free enchiladas on our next visit, since we live too far for them to replace the order. Today when I called to place our order and mentioned the credit, the hostess told me there were no notes on file. The matter was escalated to the current manager, who refused to honor what was promised. I explained that I was not asking for free food, only the credit that had been offered. Instead of listening, he was dismissive and rude!! This is not the service I have known Casa Perico to provide all these years. It was never about the money. It was about keeping a promise, treating a long-time customer with respect, and maintaining the standard of service that made us loyal for nearly three decades. Sadly, this experience left us very disappointed!

What a wonderful place to eat, the food was delicious and the little waitress was the sweetest 😋 I highly recommend this place

This place was really cute. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Our waitress was amazing!! The quesa birria tacos were delicious. Everything we tried was so good.

Please consider building a Casa Perico location in Midwest City. You'll be on the ground floor of upcoming civic revitalizations that are forthcoming to that area which will put Midwest City on par with other suburbs such as Edmond, Yukon and Norman. As of date, Tinker recently announced over 1,000 new jobs coming to the area as part of recent land acquisition to expand operations.

Friendly service and environment. Might not look or be fancy, but the food is hot off the stove and delicious. Serving portions are large. While dining, there were all types of patrons, young to old, all nationalities. Enjoyable delicious dining experience.

Great food, amazing staff, come see us! 💃😎

This place is our weekly place for “Taco Tuesday “. The food is consistently delicious. The staff are friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is a so warm and cozy. We are especially impressed with our favorite waitress, Gloria! She remembers what we like and has it ready for us very shortly after we are seated. I do recommend this restaurant.
