This is a new gas station and it hasn't ran right since it opened. I have gone in there three different mornings to get a tea and they have had none of them at all. Not just missing one but none at all. I asked the girl at the register and she said they were out. Really all of them it your to lazy to make it? The food selection is horrible compared to the other two down the street. Unfortunately the other two are not on my route to work. This location needs new management that cares how it is ran.

Not sure why my previous review got deleted. Always use Casey's for gas, like the rewards. Fill the car to get rewards and then save them for when truck needs filling. That said, have tried their pizza a couple time now but won't anymore. Pizza was cold and the grease just poured off of it. NASTY PIZZA. Get your gas at Casey's but if you want decent pizza got to Love's and get their Godfathers Pizza.

Rewards program is great and usually try to fill up at a Casey's. That said, can't say the same for the food. Pizza is usually cold in the self serve cabinet. Also the pizza us usually dripping in grease and is unedible. Will buy gas at Casey's but will go to Love's and get a good Godfather's pizza.

You need to teach your cashiers how to deal with pay it forward. That means you’ve done some thing for a customer and another customer does it for you you don’t get charged the whole amount these guys at this store are you kids don’t know how to run the cash register or give change back They have to second gas and then he told me well he only had $.26 so he only gave me that and it was $.31. You guys really need adults in the stores not children.

Online it says they open at 5am, rarely are they open at 5.. the past 2 days the lights have been on but the doors are still locked at 5:10..

I have been paying 1.79 for a refill for over a yr now. I noticed that the sign on the coffee machine it says refills 24oz 1.49. When I asked the cashier she said no that's for fountain drinks only. So .30 x let's say 250 days around 75 she's has stole out of my pocket.

This morning, 4/28/2023 at about 04:35 am on my way to work I had a blowout and I pulled into the Casey's gas station parking lot at I-240 and Walker Avenue in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I changed my tire and unfortunately my spare was flat as well. I went inside the store and contacted the clerk who appeared to be an American Indian female and I explained my car had a flat tire and asked if I could leave it there until I got off work around lunchtime, by then the tire stores would be opened, I would come back and get it. She told me no I could not leave it there. It was against corporate policy. I asked if she had a manager that she could contact to get their opinion and she said 'no' everyone was asleep. I asked her if I could leave my name and phone number and when her manager came in if it was a problem they could contact me and I would come get it moved. The clerk responded "that is not my responsibility". The clerk reminded me if I chose to leave it there she would have it towed at my expense. In order to comply with her the clerk's instructions, I drove my car to another nearby location on the flat tire, damaging the spare also. I wanted to share my experience, so everyone can see what an absolute lack of customer service Casey's has. I will never spend another dime doing business with them and I am encouraging others to do the same.
Do not use the Casey's app. The app is compromised and they allow multiple purchase of just under 150$ ea. I have a friend who theyvallowed 700$ of pizza ordered. I just got taken for 149.58 yesterday and having no luck fighting with my dasher direct because I signed up for app and gave these crooks my info. And Casey's will not address either avoid this trash app

Kitchen staff was absent. Pre-order to pizza arrived at the store to pick up and the pizza was not put in the oven until 7 minutes after it was due to be done.

The pumps never work when I go, or if they are working I have to go in and get a receipt every dang time. For this being a newer station I don’t get why they have so many malfunctions.

Gas pumps don't work and the food is horrible! All of the gas pumps seem to always have a out of service bag on them, horrible management of a gas station and they are all the same. I'll stick to On Cue as I know their pumps and fountain drink machines actually work.
