I don't think the employees there even want to raise the bar. They are charging 10cents for creamers now. Today I got held at because of creamers. Extremely rude.The convenient store of complete inconvenience. Based on these reviews they'll get away with this type of service. Yall must be proud.

Got hungry and decided to get a turkey wrap (mistake already) and it almost killed me. I wish I was joking but literally made me vomit and have diarrhea painfully. Felt like a Victorian child with no immune system who had been coughed on by someone with the plague. If you enjoy not dying don't eat the turkey ranch wrap it's not worth the taste either or else I wouldn't of written a review.

Love the gas station, it’s always clean and well stocked, buuut your staff could use a lesson in humanity. There was an older pup there today, obviously lost and scared and instead of snapping some pics and posting the fella online to possibly track down the owner or calling animal services the clerk kept shewing him away. Honestly It’s all over Facebook and the dog looks scared. Shouldn’t have to break it to you but people do care about animals, their safety and well being and this looks terrible for the business in my opinion. Stray or not, he wasn’t harming anyone or causing any trouble and it’s a busy street corner this could have been handled better. Anyways the dogs safe now, someone scooped him up after seeing this pic posted of him and the clerk but I’m def going to think twice about stopping here in the future and so are a lot of people who saw the post on Facebook. Sorry but we care about all life, not just the human ones. Also if having dogs on the premises doesn’t give off the look you’re wanting as a company neither should allowing your clerks to smoke by the side of the building. That looks way worse than a dog seeking shelter in the rain.
I rarely feel the urge to rate businesses…..it has to be reeeally bad or incredible to give me the motivation. This Casey’s I frequent is my absolute favorite. The staff is super friendly and attentive and every time I go in (maybe just my timing?) they are straightening and restocking, and still attentive to customers. I have been impressed. That is all…..?

I went in yesterday everyone was polite, professional and welcoming. I bought a drink and some snacks got cash back. Since everyone was so nice yesterday I decided to come back this morning. when I asked if the bathrooms were open I was greeted by rudeness and disrespect by the guy working behind the register. Because of him I decided to walk down the road to spend my money. This is a rough City you better watch your tone b****!
