as many have pointed out, not 24 hours, despite advertising as such. if you get lucky and it is open, pretty terrible experience as far as this kinda place goes. really not worth stopping here for any reason at all. ever. go literally anywhere else.

I already reached out on your website where you indicate. Instead of bug me with more communication, why don't you go figure out whats going on with this location and make an attempt to fix it? Maybe you could call the store manager and ask whats up? Train the staff? But maybe I'm just a stupid idiot and wasting more of my time will fix it?? Lol???

This is such a great neighborhood gas station. Most of the staff are super friendly BUT LET ME TELL YOU the shining stars are the people that make the pizza. I want to give an extra shoutout to the person who has been making pizzas over the weekend. We have ordered a couple times this month and the pizza has never disappointed. So much goodness is packed on each slice! If you’re near the 23rd street you gotta give the pizza a try.

Wow yall really higher some winners Casey’s! Instead of your employees doing their job and checking the displayed price the guy on night shift 9/2 says he just “points and shoots” referring to the barcode scanner. Y’all constantly miss out on sales bc they don’t want to do their job. I removed everything from my order including my gas. I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere. Oh and also they refuse to cook cheese pizza slices only. They always have meat options but never cheese.
Edit: On Google it says this store is open 24 hours. Well I get there @4:30am (9/24/2024) and the guy tells me the store is closed until 5:30… So then why do you list your store 24 hours?? There’s a TON of stores that say they’re 24 hours just for them to all close @11pm. Do BETTER Casey’s ??

Saw they had a sign that they are now open 24hr so I was quite shocked when I went there around 3:30am and the doors were locked. I knocked on the window and the cashier inside looked at me and said “we’re closed” then went back to doing whatever it is they do in a closed 24hr Casey’s.

I go to this location several times per day. Today, I went to the restroom area. There are no signs on the doors, but the men's room is locked. After a few minutes, an employee came out of the women's room. She said the restrooms are out of order (including the one she just used). I asked if I could please use it. I work outdoors and rely on gas station restrooms. She said THE OWNERS will fire her if she let's me use it, and they're watching the cameras to make sure. Again... NO SIGNS. You lose my business, Casey's. Bad business for people like me who spend a lot of money in your stores. OnCue is right down the street. They have clean restrooms and.. get this.. they will let you use them:)

I mostly come here for drinks, however the icees seem to consistently be out of order, with several visits having all four flavors being out of order. The floor also tends to be sticky, and I got charged above the discounted value for an item on more than one occasion.
