Id give no stars if i could. I came in one day while on my way to work. Was trying to get something cheap so I can get cash off my card. When I decided what I wanted to get I grabbed my bag and pulled it towards me to open it. I was gonna grab my wallet and card out. Tell me why one of the employees literally watched me the entire time I was in the store and tried to ask me to leave and tried to accuse me of stealing. Im in my work uniform mind you. All I was trying to do was buy a cheap water. After buying my water I am not coming back in this store. I usually go to walgreens down the street. I should have today. Even at the caseys in way worse neighborhoods dont treat me like that. Stay away from this store unless you like rude customer service. Just because I always see homeless people around doesn't mean you can stereotype other people..

This Caseys location actually closes 5 minutes prior to their advertised close time so they can count the registers. I arrived at this Caseys location off 23rd & Western @ 10:57pm. They advertise close time is 11pm. They had the doors locked and representative stated to my face they close early to count the money in the registers and couldn’t service me. I’ve never experienced this at any other Casey’s location before. I’ll just take my business to Oncue that’s down the street.

Got the supreme with a 40% off coupon, free Delivery, and tip came to less than $13. And the amount of toppings was crazzzzzy good. It was heavy lol. Even without the discounts it would be worth it!

My first time ever leaving a bad review anywhere. Came to get gas and fill my water. I asked the cashier if I could fill my water, she was nice and told me they didn’t have water with the fountain drinks, but I could asked the kitchen staff to fill it for me. I saw two women and a gentleman in a button up shirt standing in front of the kitchen. I approach them and ask “is there anyway you’d be able to fill up my water bottle”. One of the women stares at me for a moment and with a very rude tone says “usually people say excuse me before they interrupt people talking, but I guess I can fill it up” I was kind of in shock so I just apologized and told her I was okay on the water. As I walked away she scoffed a bit. Incredibly rude and unprofessional customer service. @ 10:45 AM February 24th

Every morning that I get up, I google just to make sure that Casey’s is 24 hours and then I pull up and it closed every morning. It never fails this morning. It has a sign that says closed till 530 but they’re never open before then, anyway y’all need to change your hours On Google if it’s incorrect if you’re not open 24 hours, don’t make it seem like you are just to get customers when you open at 8:30 or 9 AM. I’ve been clocking it and this store hasn’t opened early in the last year.
This has to be the dirtiest and most unorganized Casey’s I’ve been to. Credit card readers on the pumps are consistently down, and they never post signs to indicate this. The parking lot and interior of the store are always dirty.

ewwww. the most disgusting bathroom I have ever been in any gas station around all Oklahoma. bathroom was disgustingly dirty. no soap. no dry towel. STAY AWAY !!!
