My situation is different. I have eaten there before on multiple occasions but never by myself until today. I am legally blind and did have a cane with me to indicate that. After I placed my order and everything was finished, all of the sudden, the person that helped me was just gone. I guess after I paid and he got his money and I got my change, he just walked over to do his next task without letting me know where he had put my food or where I should go next or considering carrying my food to a chair and a table and helping me get situated. He didn't offer to help me with my drink or find silverware or anything. I was very disappointed. That just seems like common sense. I finally banged my way around and found stuff. I was able to find a drink and figure out how to use the machines but I couldn't figure out how to turn them off so they ran for extra time. It just seems like if he had helped me, that would not have happened. I guess I need to leave that off of the list of places where I will ever go again by myself and to make sure that I tell any other people with visual impairments to avoid it. It's a shame. It takes a lot of guts to leave the house when you know you will feel overwhelmed with the world and this is why. People's ignorance. My food was fine. The service, not so much.

This place was one of the few still open during a small snow storm. Everywhere else closed before 5pm and they stayed open until 8. They were fully staffed and beyond friendly. The food is always good here and I like that I can count on them for a healthy and tasty option.

The wife and I grabbed lunch and were very pleased and full. Think of this place as a Mediterranean Chipotle restaurant, you basically build your own masterpiece with great herbs and spices. I had the lamb and beef on in my bowl and they both cooked to perfection. Not to mention this being our first time eating at a Cava so Will (employee) walked us through all the options with great suggestions. He actually took the time and described everything with ease. Will is a great asset for this restaurant

I stop by here every few weeks because I’m obsessed with the harissa avocado bowl and the pita chips. So good. I stopped by last Friday and Alie suggested adding a side of garlic sauce, seriously so good, chef’s kiss. Ericka & Alie, keep doing what you’re doing! I guarantee I’ll be a repeat customer!
