Love my CAVA! Service is always friendly and prompt. The food is flavorful and filling, my CAVA bowls always look like a work of art, perfectly crafted. Dennis was my most recent server and he took good care of me.

I stopped in on 12/4/25 and was serviced by Omarion. He provided excellent customer service and was very apologetic when he made a mistake on my order. The mistake was not a problem for me because I understand that mistakes happen and he was so pleasant the entire time. Another team member by the name of Dennis was nearby and offered assistance and offered to remake my bowl but I insisted that they not do that and everything turned out to be just fine. I left satisfied and was introduced to a new dressing that I didn't know I'd like. Thanks for your great service, Omarion & Dennis!
