This place has the best soup! Every seasonal one is great and the baked potato is fantastic! The entrees are kinda hit or miss though and I haven't had any entree that I thought was really good. It's also extremely loud, the interior is beautiful but it could definitely use something to absorb some of the sound bouncing around in there, my wife and I have wanted their soup for dinner but didn't go because we figured it would be busy and too loud. Great lunch spot...
The place is very nice looking. The staff are professional, attentive, and courteous. The steak was average. It's a fairly expensive steak. It was cooked correctly, medium rare. It was a bit tough. The side salad is what you'd expect nowadays, lettuce with some dressing. Restaurants don't try at all with those anymore. This one even threw in a piece of bread with the lettuce because this is America, and we have to have highly processed carbs with everything. Overall...
It was ok, but it was a busy night so maybe that's why food wasn't as delicious as advertised and staff weren't as tentative. I'd try this place again during a slower time
