Waited 20 minutes for a pickup order of soup and crescent rolls. Why? Makes no sense. As soon as I told the staff my order everything was made for some reason. The staff prefers to chat upfront when the assistant manager is away.

The catfish was great, the sirloin was perfectly cooked and the service was excellent.
The atmosphere was a little loud for date night, but friendly and inviting in general.

My sister and I stopped in to have a drink and check it out. Excellent server Jamie, she was the best and gave us a lot of information about bricktown and places to see. Would recommend this place to anybody visiting bricktown in Oklahoma City they have a wonderful menu and very friendly

Absolutely love this place. The service was exceptional. The young lady ( River) that was our waitress was an absolute 5 star lady. The food was amazingly delicious. Cooked to perfection. I would recommend this place to absolutely everyone I know. Will definitely be returning to this location as often as I can. I do recommend that tips are in cash due to the fact that most waiters and waitresses don't see much if any of the credit card tips.

Great canal side seats

Here on buisness. Was told by a local that this use to be Kevin Durants restraunt and now has new owners. I was encouraged to try the shrimp cargo appetizer. It was so delicious. I ate it all. I also ordered the roasted chicken. It tasted great but I was so full from the appetizer I had to take it to go. Wonderful atmosphere. Great customer service. Will be back.

This place has excellent food, awesome staff and relaxing atmosphere. Reminds me of a jazz club. Lights dimmed, tables are paired chairs and chaise. Abby, Heaven, and Kaitlyn were great. On point!

Absolutely incredible service! Steaks were tender and delicious. Beautiful patio on the canal. Bartender made perfect martinis. You have to try this place - you won't be disappointed.

I enjoy Charlestons very much. I think the problem was this location. They sat us in the back, alone, lol. I think it's probably because we had our granddaughter with us. It's funny because she didn't cause one disturbance or issue. Ordered the special drink for October, breast cancer awareness, and it was good. However, don't short us on the drink. These were served in a martini glass, and they were barely over half full. Peach belini is ok, but these drinks are so cold you can't drink them until they are practically melted without getting a brain freeze lol, also I believe this is a mix. The waitress wouldn't confirm it, but when we asked for a shot of the rum they use in their belinis, we were told they dont sell it in any form except for what you get in the drink? Hummm? Do not order the prime rib! It was chewy, tough, and bland. Very disappointing considering they used to have one of the best prime ribs in the city. Like I said, I usually enjoy charlestons and have eaten there for years. I guess it's just this location or that night. Pretty disappointing experience, especially since we were celebrating a birthday!
