Had a great meal here. Can definitely recommend the pork chops and the fillet steak. There was a small issue with a side missing when the food got delivered. I want to thank Brandon and the servers for addressing this promptly.

If something does get overlooked just let them know and they will take care of you. This was a great experience tonight.

I was amazed with the cohesiveness of the staff. Even though other staff helped run food and drinks and clear plates you still felt like you had a main server, any everyone was amazingly attentive. The food was excellent, and my steak was not overcooked (which is always a problem since I like a rare steak). Thank you so much, can’t wait to come back if we are ever in OKC again!

First time at Charleston’s Restaurant in OKC. Not a bad experience. Service was great, and atmosphere is very comfortable. Had their queso, which was delicious. Ordered their Shrimp Scampi for my girlfriend and I, asked them to split the order, and it was ok. Came out a little too sour from the citrus wine, but they explained when portioning the food that one side tends to get more of the citrus. They were nice enough to bring some butter to mellow it out and it got a bit better. Still recommend if out enjoying the river walk.

Charleston's was a pleasant find while in OKC. Easy parking, right in downtown, surrounded by other very cool places. I was greeted right away, sat immediately and then waited on by a very nice server. She had suggestions, knew the menu, was quick with a refill or to remove a plate. The resteraunt was very clean, including the restrooms. Cool, modern yet intimate vibe to it. My food was solid...I had the house salad, roll, baked potato and the filet. My filet was just ok....or I would have given them 5* across the board. My work associate got the chicken fried chicken and said it was perfect. So... I would definitely give them a chance if you haven't.

I have a pork allergy and I was served pork after I TOLD them about my allergy. Had to go to hospital and never once did anyone offer to refund my money. They called and ask several questions buy no solutions. DO NOT go to this location, go to Edmond or Nw Expressway they take your allergy serious at the other locations.

The ambiance was low lit / chill. The food was very good. I only ordered some sides because I wasn't that hungry but they were one of the best I have had. We didnt have a reservation and were seating quickly. The staff was friendly. The facilities was clean. I would go again.

Because an employee other than our server helped us with good pics they get 5 for service and atmosphere.
