This was our place to go to enjoy date night, Or a day with friends/family. But NOT anymore. We were shocked at the treatment we got there today. To raise your voice and threat your customers the way you did my husband and I today is disgusting. We have been very big spenders there, But after the way you treated us we will Never return. Hope it was worth it to you to lose a good customer. When one of your hostess/wait staff says go ahead and go on the patio and then two ladies come out and talk down to us while raising their voices telling us to leave the patio is unacceptable. I fought back the tears as I was trying to get out of there as quick as possible. Remember people have a choice as to where they spend their money, You won't be getting anymore of ours

Wow, wow, the plate I ordered was delicious, I have never tasted mire flavored steamed carrots! The service was exceptional, and the manager was talking with the people, making sure everything was perfect. The waiters were truly engaging with the customers, and it felt genuine. I definitely recommend this place. I was visiting from Houston, we had a convention and is a place to revisit next time I go to beautiful Oklahoma.

I’m visiting home (OKC) and I was craving the carrots so came to this location near my hotel. Brandon the bartender was great! Super nice and attentive! My food came out and everything was perfect. I had the chicken piccata and I highly recommend. I inhaled it before thinking about taking a pic lol! I got my carrots and everything was alright with the world. Brandon makes a fantastic sidecar!! ??

Always fantastic. I wish i could buy their honey mustard in a bottle for home. I might drink it but I'd be happy with that. The way their chicken tenders are fried is so amazing that it's been my favorite chicken dish for like 15+ years of my life. Their salads even, are so freaking good! I'm not a salad guy, but I am every other visit to Charleston's! Their spinach and artichoke dip is so great! I highly recommend mixing in the sour cream and salsa that comes with it for a super flavorful chip dip!! Massive and delicious chicken fried steak with a mound of mashed potatoes and trough of glazed candied carrots will put you to sleep for 14 hours starting right after consuming it, but you will be so happy from the awesome flavors.12/10 always recommend Charleston's, it's the best Oklahoma based Chain Restaurant with more than 5 locations.

Took a risk as we are from out of town, and they delivered. Awesome on all accounts. Very good to excellent. Surprised that no reservations needed, but it did get busy. No delay in service though. Loved the whole experience. We'll be back next time we're in OKC.
